  1. Hey guys, the local lake I fish here in SC has water temps ranging from 57-63 degrees. The water is affected by two nuclear plants which make the water a little warmer than normal. Im assuming the bass are in a late pre-spawn/early spawn stage. Would my best bet be to either stay in shallow water, or stick with the seconday points which offer a little deeper water this weekend? We actually caught a few bass in 20-25 feet of water last weekend, and that just really threw me off my game plan. Im pretty sure that they're not locked on to any beds yet, but with 80 degree days this past week, Im guessing it wont be long. Any tips as far as baits and what you guys would look for would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
