  1. just snapped my denali j2 rod about 6 guides down. has never been stepped on and put away after using it. i got it june last year only used it a couple months before i stopped my fishing season. this year ive used it a few times. went out to a pond to mess around. and snap it 6 eyes down while setting the hook on a 3 lb bass (managed to get the fish in) not sure if i want to exchange it, return it and get a duckett. or return it and get a couple diawa or berkley rods. i really liked the feel of the rod and the sensitivity. not sure what happened. would you switch or exchange it? i have a couple other denalis but have no issues with them
  2. I recently purchased a St. Croix Mojo Bass Wacky Style Rod off of ebay. The rod's tip was snapped and then repaired, but the rod lost 6 inches in the process. It is originaly 6'8, its now 6'2. I purchased it for 50$ including shipping, was this a mistake? The rod is originally an extra fast action, is it an even faster action now that it is shorter? Thanks for any advise.
