Has anybody ever sold minnows or some sort of bait (provided you don't work in or own a bait shop)? I have a good stream where I can get hundreds of shiners from, and plenty of tanks to store them. I keep them for myself, but am considering selling them as ice fishing bait for a little extra cash. I know I need a permit, but that doesn't cost much. Has anyone ever tried this?
