  1. Hi guys I’m a new retired transplant from the Salt Water in San Diego, CA and am looking for a fishing partner in the area that fishes M-F. I have been targeting the most beautiful lake around my area (Salmon Lake) but so far are only able to catch 10” bass. The guy that owns the lake (Tommy) says that a 9# has come out of it. Not many fish it because it is not visible from the road and there aren’t any signs. It is open to the public but costs $2 to fish. You pass by a few horses and then come to a gate where you put your money in a mail box and then proceed. You can drive your car right down to the waters edge where you can fish. PM me if you are interested as I sure hate to fish alone.
