    so recently the Abu Garcia revo premier gen 4 came on sale for 50% off normally 300usd now 150usd at bass pro. i was about to order the lews tournament pro speed spool lfs but the reel caught my attention. anyone have thoughts on either of thee reels?

    I have been looking for a used boat for months in the Midwest. I have been on craigslist, FB marketplace, ebay, dealer websites and everything else I can think of on nearly a daily basis. I cannot seem to find a boat within my price range that does not get sold in a day or is less than 500+ miles away. Does anyone know of any other ways of finding for sale by owner boats for sale? What I am looking for, should be the standard bass boat that is for sale but has been a huge process to get one located. (Fiberglass, 150 HP, 18-20 ft, 2000 and newer and under 20K). I need to get one purchased asap. Any info would be much appreciated.

Live wells and pumps work. Tags good and a full tank of gas and oil! Will put on the water for serious buyers. Selling because I bought a new one but this is a good boat. Make me an offer!

    So I came across a deal on a brand new tatula for 75 dollars on ebay, but the only issue is to buy this I would be using the money I was planning to use on Black Friday sales. I need some help deciding if I should go for the tatula or not.     About to purchase new rod for spinning setup. It's my first over 20$ setup. I just bought a lews Tournament speed spin 300. There are major sales right now, and these are my choices.     i am a relatively new fisherman and love the information on this forum. Unfortunately, i'm also a broke a** college student and need to upgrade from my 10 year old $25 combo. I'm looking for a solid MHF 7-7'2 rod ( needs to be good for all around fishing, which is why i picked this), for under $80. I would prefer a solid $40-$60 rod, but if its a great deal will consider up to 80, so please refrain from the "spend $20 more and get a ..." as i really don't have the cash.. Also looking for a quality reel, same range. Any sales on nice equipment would be VITAL (and preferred), or any combos that offer a solid deal on rod and reel as well. I just missed out on a $60 sellus and sedona combo at dicks and am very ticked, so that is pretty much my standard for deals, I figured someon on here can help me find where the major deals are.     Just got my order from Fishermans Factory Outlet! Being on an extremely tight budget I need to get the most bang for my buck and I think I just got that with my latest purchase. FFO was having a 25% off rod sale so I picked up a Fenwick HMG med heavy 6' casting rod for 40 bucks, a Veritas 6'6 2 piece MH fast spinning rod for 45 bucks and a Pflueger President spinning combo for 50 bucks. I'm pretty sure I'm set for rods and reels now for some time. Now if only I could find some bait monkey repellent??

    i just bought a g loomis imx from cabelas for 189 cause it was on sale, i needed a rod to pair up with my stradic ci4 plus, i needed a rod that was going to be really sensitive and lightweight. i preferably wanted a medium light action but i went and bought the imx that is a 6'6 medium rated 1/8-3/8. my question is, is this going to be long enough to throw a drop shot and shakey head? i just dont want to waste my time with it if its not worth using as a drop shot rod! PLEASE HELP!

Have any of you guys checked this out or bought rods from Berkley? The rod is two-piece, but Abu offers this same model on their website for $50.00. I'd appreciate any help.

    Good afternoon! I want to take a quick minute to share a good deal I got at Dicks yesterday. 7'6" Veritas casting rod (MH) for $70. I've been eyeing these rods for awhile and at $30 off, it was too good to pass up. I am going to be using this rod for frogging, so I threw on my Skeet Reese Victory (7.1:1 ratio) reel currently spooled with 30lb power pro on it for the time being so I will be able to use it tomorrow. I am going to hold out and try to find a good deal on a Citica and spool it with some 50lb 832 braid in the future, but for now this seems like it is going to do the trick. I'll have more info on how this rod performs in the days to come. I'll also be using this as a flipping/pitching rod as I learn the techniques (I am very sloppy and almost comical attempting to perform both of these techniques). Wish me luck, and stay posted for some more info!

    The Quantum Energy PTI reel is currently on sale for 60$ from 140$ at Cabelas. Seems kinda fishy that a reel would be priced so low, do you guys know if theres something wrong with the reel? Some complain about the lack of an anti revers switch but I don't really need that. Thanks so Much!

    Hey folks! Just saw that Gander Mountain is doing a $50 and $30 rebate on St. Croix rods from 5/23/13 to 6/1/13. No limits on the quantity on rods... $50 for each rod over $170 and $30 for under that. I think it's time to finally order my St. Croix Legend Tournament Bass!
