  1. Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Im in southern VT (Brattleboro area) I heard through the grapevine the gate in Belchertown is a good one for smallies. I'm gonna be going in mid may. Thanks in advance for the help! ?
  2. So...I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for someone to fish quabbin with. I preferr you know it and have a bass boat. I have been fishing there for 18 years from there rental boats and am tired of the small motors and leaky boats. I'll show you what I know. You show me what you do. I am pretty dedicated to Quabbin. I fish for both species and continue to fish throughout the summer there. Ask me more. I fish as often as possible...but always always one weekend day. Anyone want to learn quabbin?? You have to dedicate your boat to the seal....or pay for half the rentals.
  3. I moved to Arizona a few weeks ago. I'm planning on heading out to try to bank fish next week. It'll be about a month or so before I can buy a kayak, so that's the best I can do right now. I'm posting up a bunch of pictures here from my year of New England fishing. It was a good one! I did great with numbers and caught some decent sized ones as well. Unfortunately I don't have a good picture of my PB LMB caught in March. I also included a bonus picture of fishing in Mexico! Only LMB caught on a super slow summer day. The path toward my favorite place to fish. One of many SMB caught at the Quabbin. Some nice SMB caught down on the Cape. Viva Mexico!
