  1. https://photos.app.goo.gl/bWAFzRiZReFdLLtT6 Is this meant to connect to my trolling motor somehow or is it for the yakpower system? If anyone knows the particular name of this piece pls let me know. Trying to hook up trolling motor and the connections fit the fuse/breaker but not the terminals on the battery. Minnkota 55lb thrust comes with tiny connectors that won't fit one the battery posts. https://photos.app.goo.gl/f4ofvXXPhYDjJ5286
  2. I'm a fairly new boat owner two years to be exact I'm learning as I go along, lately I noticed I'm taking in water and using my bilge pump to take it out.My question is at drain hole of the hull should there be a plastic gasket or rubber gasket in that tube? The drain plug fits perfect but I think there was some type of gasket there before, could that missing gasket cause me to take in water even though drain plug fits securely? Thanks guys!!
  3. Hello, alright so I recently just bought a 1982 skeeter fisherman boat of Craigslist for a pretty d**n good price. Only problems with it is that the Bilge pump needed to be replaced and livewell tubing. I'm having some problems with figuring out the holes in the tandem(since this is my first boat). I tried to upload a picture of the 3 holes but it wouldn't upload. The boat only has 1 livewell so I know the hole at the far left is the intake for the livewell. The middle hole is just a tube and I'm not sure where it comes from and the far right hole leads straight into the hull with no tube connections. Is that a hole I need to plug or should it be used for something? I know his is a pretty stupid question and I might sound like such a noob but this is my first boat, I'm young, and I have no experience with boats. Please help! Thank you!
  4. Hi new to the forums. Does anyone have any advice on heddon torpedos. My teeny torpedos (the ones that are about 1/2 inch long) the propellers wont turn in water. Im not sure if they are hitting the hook and cant turn or what is going on. Ive searched up about this and havent found any luck with it, ive tried turning the eye out and it hasnt helped. Also, the teeny torpedo seems to sit mostly in the water with just the head of the plug and my knot on topwater, is this supposed to be that way? I have fullsized torpedo that doesnt have any of these problems. Thanks
  5. I just bought this norman d22 crankbait and was wondering if anyone has one and can tell me what they think of it?
  6. DUMB QUESTION OF THE DAY, ok so i have never owned a "real boat" before. i have only had jon boats and kayaks, but in a trade recently i got a 15 foot sportscraft made in 1971 with a mercury 650 on it. now my question is when i look at the stern of the boat under the outboard there is two holes one on top and one on the bottom about 4 inches apart. i understand one is the ballast (i dont know which one). now the boat didnt come with a plug so i had to buy one. it only fits in the top hole. ok understandable, so the bottom must be the ballast, Right? now where i got confused is when it rained the other day and the boat filled with water it started to poor out of the bottom hole when i lifted the front of the trailer off the ground... i dont know im confused. i feel that if i put it in the water that it will fill with water and sink. please help. im a beginner.
