  1. Its that time of year where we begin to come out of summer and the fall is getting closer. In this video I share some baits and ideas that work well for me during this transitional period. Hope you like it and good fishing!
  2. Hey everyone. Recently uploaded a DIY video for adding a wire weed guard to your favorite Wacky rig or Neko Rig hook. Its a pretty simple and straight forward process that can really help make us more efficient on the water and save some money by keep you from getting hung up on weeds or brush with your wacky and neko set up. Hope it you like it!
  3. At the advice of many forum members I purchased some of the Owner Twist Lock worm hooks. I used them for the first time this weekend. First fish was landed normally and the bait was in excellent condition compared to the Gammy EWG's. Next fish I sent the hook on the line snapped. Retied and the same thing happened again. Frustrated, I tied on the old Gammy EWG for the rest of the day with no problems. Anybody have a similar experience? I really liked how the bait held up (even after one fish difference was huge) but now I have no confidence in the hook.
  4. Here some pics of my latest creatiions. I finally got a decent final product. I used 4/0-5/0 Owner DeepThroat Hooks. I noticed that when trying to pour three jigs at once, the mold would not close completely. This caused the jigs to have a little extra lead on them. I had to remove the lead after. I also noticed that when using the 5/0 Owner hooks i had better pours.( on all three sizes) Maybe the 4/0 don't fit well. Any suggestions or comments? Note: Using 5/8, 3/4 & 1 oz brush jig mold
