  1. Hey all, I have a 14 ft jon boat and I need a fishing partner. I usually fish Lake Underhill or Winter Park chain but occasionally find myself on Conway or in lake county. Im tired of fishing alone. Hit me up if you want to get out on the water.
  2. Hey all. I'm new to the forums, and I was curious if you Orlando-area people could give me some tips on fishing spots around Altamonte Springs?
  3. Anyone in the Orlando area close to UCF know of any lakes that are good for kayak fishing for bass? I know a couple canals but I'm looking to expand my fishing area. Any suggestion would help, Thanks!
  4. So here is the goal. One thread for certain months that BR members can reference when coming to visit the ORLANDO Vacinity. If you are like me and enjoy researching, a good forum thread will save you bunches of time. Unfortunately it seems there are 100's of threads that represent BR members from out of town asking questions. I will do my best to keep this thread up to date! That said myself and my family are planning a trip...I will be going to Marriott Grande Vista May 10th through the 17th which is on International Drive and as a few lakes on site which were built back in the mid 90's. I know there are decent size Bass in the lakes as I have found a few pics in the web. Here is The Location I found some of RoLo "Posts" to be very easy to follow for everyone who uses KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid!): KISS Useful Threads: Where to go in Orlando: http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/133626-where-to-go-in-orlando/?hl=orlando Small Lake Orlando Info: http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/153163-orlando-area-small-lake-with-public-access/ Gator Thread (No Worries) http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/122948-thinking-about-florida/page-3?hl=%20orlando%20%20spring International Drive (This is where I happen to be going) http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/141791-florida-bass-near-international-drive/?hl=orlando#entry1579272 Lures http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/138228-what-lures-to-take-to-florida/?hl=orlando#entry1538193
  5. If anyone has any spots they have fished on the southeast side of orlando airport please share. I have found multiple locations in lake nona with 10lb plus fish. Some of the ponds have never seen a plastic worm and the developments are just ripe at 8 years old. Narcoossee road is a gold mine. Behind the outback steak house is gold. If anyone else has any other spots please share.
  6. Has anyone fished Lake Monroe in Sanford Florida or the the St Johns river in the area around it lately? I plan on taking my Father-In-Law there for Father's day but I don't know what the best areas are for bass or what type of lures are working in the area. I plan on launching at the public ramp at Port Sanford. Any help/advice on where to go and what to use will be truly appreciated. Thanks!
  7. Newbie here, I'm going to be staying very close to MCO soon and I was wondering if anyone from around there could tell me where some good places to fish are. I won't have my boat or my car so it would have to be somewhere where I could fish from the shore that is no more than ~10 miles away. Thanks!
