  1. Received some amazing looking Flip and Swim Jigs from North star on Wednesday, along with some of the new SouthPaw jigs. The new SouthPaws are great. Love the head design and the rubber/silicone skirts. But I haven't been able to use them, because the Flip and Swim is lighting em up! I've been fishing the New Gill color, 3/8 with a Berkley Havoc Craw Fatty trailer. Went out yesterday and today and the bass love it! Comes through the weeds without a problem. This will definitely be a staple in my arsenal. Check em out!
  2. I getting into jig fishing and I recently purchased some jigs from NorthStar Custom Baits and i noticed that the skirts were really long and really thick and the weed gaurd is long as well. Is there any thing that you do to your jigs to either catch more fish or to get better action from your trailers or for some other reason. Thanks
