    I’m hoping someone can help me out in identifying this grass. I live in the New Orleans area and it’s prominent in most areas I fish around the Louisiana Delta. I’ve looked at tons of pics of different species online, but I can’t figure out the exact one. I was thinking it is either coontail or milfoil, but I could definitely be wrong lol. Thank is advance for the help!

    Was fishing a small creek in southwestern Pennsylvania and caught a couple of these little bass. However, I can not tell what kind of bass they are. Anyone here think they know? My first guess was largemouth but their lateral lines are well defined and their jaws did not seem as big.

    When I caught this fish my brain said LMB. After checking on it in the livewells, I thought, where did this smallie come from? I've asked a few guys I know and so.e say LMB with cool color and pattern. Others say mean mouth... I'll post some other pics in the comments. It has camo on it's back like a smallie, a lateral line like a LMB, and it's almost hard to tell how far back the jaw extends. Any one have a guaranteed I.D.?? Last pic is the fish in question next to a definite LMB I caught a few hours later

    I just bought this lure and was wondering the brand name/model. Any ideas? It is a Wakebait or very shallow diving crankbait. Very good paint job/ possibly hand painted. Yellow belly dark burnt orange body with white splotches on the sides. The bill has a weird lip on the bottom. It has a dorsal fin. Never seen anything like this lure.

    Hey guys, I am new to the forums and this is my first post so try not to be to hard on me... haha jk. I recently went fishing with my fiance and she caught something on a simple bobber setup and a worm. When I went to help her, (she's terrified of handling the fish lol! but getting better.) I had no idea what it was. The first thing I thought was, a small perch? Maybe a small bass of somekind? Either way, this is probably obvious to a lot of you but to me, I am still thinking its a perch... right? lol. Anyway, thanks guys and I am looking forward to being apart of the forums. ** Sorry for the pic size, its the only one we took.
