I'm looking to get more into crankbaits. I don't necessarily want to spend a ton of money on one. I have an Abu Veritas 7' med, with a med-fast taper, but it feels pretty stiff, so I don't know. Though I won't skimp on the reel, it'll probably be a BB1. So was looking at Bass Pro's crankin sticks. I was wondering how well these actually work for regular med-deep diving crankbaits. They are labeled as fast action, which I was a little confused, and I would think it would be better to have a more whippy tip to throw cranks? I also looked at the W&M Skeet Tessera S glass, but I wasn't sure. I know the crankin sticks go on sale. So do they basically have a cranking stick for any application, like sq. bills through deep divers?
Thanks
