I'm from South Carolina, moved to D.C. area in 1990. Have only 6 children, 4 grand-children, so I'm needing to fish... get it. Hadn't fished since high school 1976, then it was Big "BLUES" catfish. Found this site and started bank fishing practicing casts and getting around trees, slipped one a.m. on wet grass, found 12' Jon boat in yard sale,100.00 to get to better parts of ponds I was fishing, and not to get hurt, I'm a below-knee amputee, then loading boat in back of truck slipped on goose #^*!, was going to get trailer for little boat, Around here storage is $$$$. So, if I was going to have to store boat and trailer... way not get nice one, right? After surfing the net for used bass boats and not knowing anything about boats, my wife said: why would you buy a boat used and have her worry about me breaking down somewhere... I quickly agreed and bought New Tracker with bumper to bumper warranty and here I am... finding out all new world, didn't know the meaning of boat: BREAK OUT ANOTHER THOUSAND. Started reading this web-site to get schooled on 2 bank /3 bank chargers, power poles, electronics, etc. Although, watching videos on this site, on gear and presentations cost me thousands,I feel that the rods, reels, and tackle is quality stuff that wouldn't need replacing, once I learned how to use it. The things posted on this site has helped me, so my baby girl showed (clicking at record speed) how to join in to get the best advice for people that used the stuff, instead of some one trying to sell something. Looking forward to it, an Olde southern statement, "Ya'll seem ta be good people"
