  1. I recently purchased a Lowrance HDS8 combo. I have no problem with the Sonar but when I try to use the Structure Scan I get a screen w/ No Source. I am no techie by far but I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated....Dave
  2. So to most of you this may be a dumb question but to the new guy with all this fancy equipment it is a little outside my knowledge range. So I ordered a HDS 10 Gen 2 w/ Structure Scan and I understand it has networking capability and what not. I also recently just found another HDS 10 without a transducer. My question is with the networking ability what exactly is shared? Will the transducer still be required to get full readings to an additional bow mounted HDS unit? Thank you for any help you can give, just want to know all that I will need to make an additional unit operational.
