  1. looking for a lure made in 2001, Lucky Craft combat ssr in chartreuse shad. Not the fat or flat or classical leader. Any help would be great.
  2. I have several old Lucky Craft pointers (both 100 & 128 models) that used to be favorites. However, when I fish them now they rarely return to a nose down position after the cast and sit tail down at almost 45*. Could it be that the magnet has gone bad (or weak) that holds the weighted ball bearing in place? If so how do I correct this problem. I hate to retire old favorite baits if I don't have to. Dan
  3. I realize this may be a shot in the dark but I’m trying to find Lucky Craft SKT DR RT model crankbaits in the Chart Shad pattern. Ive searched high and low for this model, no luck on eBay (can find the MR all day). If anyone has a hutch on these it’s greatly appreciated!
  4. So last week I found out about ichiban tackle and the rare lucky craft lures I could find there, being a lucky craft fan I was excited to see all the "network member" lures and special edition lures and even better, most of them were cheap! Being so excited I just ordered and spent $50 without looking at the length and weight of the lures... They came in the mail and turns out they're all two inches.. My question is, are all the lucky craft "member only" lures small and suppose to be more of a collectible item or am I actually going to catch fish with these dinky things!? ( two inch walking bait and two inch crankbaits)
  5. During the Black Friday sale I bought a Lucky Craft Kelly J. Prop Bait. Judging by the reviews, the bait is excellent; however, when I went out to the lake to test it out today, it sank at a very slow rate, but sank nonetheless. I'm using Tuf Line XP Braid along with a small snap swivel, and don't have problems with other topwater baits. Could this problem be due to the equipment I'm using, or do you think it's a manufacturer defect? I didn't see any water in the bait either, so it wasn't being filled up/sinking due to water entry. 6. As spring approaches, im stocking up on lures Bass pro Shop has a sale on Lucky Craft Baits. The new ones (2013) and older ones. Reg price from 15 to 20 bucks. Most are 3 to 4 bucks off each. I have used berkleys jerk baits. Recently reading reviews I have discovered Lucky Craft Crank baits run more true and better action. My conditions im fishing: Ponds 7 to 13 ft deep, Lakes 7 to 50 feet deep. I will be fishing these in early spring when ice thaws. Water temp would be 38 to 42 degrees (late march). Most likey be fishing from 5 ft to 10 ft of water at most. WIll be keeping them near bottom. Largemouth Bass from 2 to 5 pounds. I was thinking of getting the Lucky Craft Staysee 90 SP and the Lucky Craft Slender Pointer. My question is: Are these good Choices? Also what size would u prefer and color?
  7. are Lucky Craft baits worth all that money? with my new found love for ebay iv been eyeballing em up if i can get good deals but even on there they go for full price or more. are they really any better then a fraction of the price Bandits, SK, Normans, Manns, Storm, Rapalas.
