  1. I powered my fish finder in my Loon 126 with a Lithium 12v 7 ah battery. I managed to roll the yak and submerge the the non-waterproof case. Now the battery won't charge past 9.7 volts even after 14 hours on the battery charger. These batteries have circuit built into the battery anyone know how to reset them? The battery is a LIFEPO4 12V 7AH.
  2. Hello! I just purchased a 93 Ranger 397v fish and ski. It still has the original trolling motor, and i'd like to install the brand new 12v minn kota I bought for my old boat. The current trolling motor has a 12v/24v switch on it, and has a 4 prong plug that plugs into a bow mounted receptacle. The replacement is only 12v. I'd like to wire the new trolling motor to the ranger plug in. Boat has 2 12v deep cycle, and a separate 12v for starting. I know i could wire them parallel to put out 12v, but can I still use the plug with this setup? and is this the best way to install it? Thanks!!!
