Whats a good address or town to put in, I am trying to get a good idea of driving time from eastern N.C. I am going and bringing my boat and wife unless I am deployed!

My motor is efi, I did find something new today. I primed the bulb and heard a sucking sound coming from the fitting where the gas line hooks to the tank. I cut an inch off the hose and refastened it and no longer had that issue and the ball tightened right up. Could that cause the problems I am having?

Thanks for the replies, the tires and rims are stock. I think the dealership is doing there part because they offered to fix it, but I just dont want to drive the 5 hours 1 way to get it fixed thats why I am thinking local. I just didn't know if it was going to cost and arm and a leg.

I bought a new to me truck this past weekend. Drove 5 hours to pick it up and had no issues until I noticed that after setting the cruise at 60 on the highway I was getting passed like crazy. I went on base and passed one of the radars on the side of the road and I seem to be running 5mph under what the speedometer says. Called the dealership and they apologized and said if I bring it in they would fix it. I am wondering if any has a ballpark figure to calibrate a speedometer. It would cost me about $120 in gas round trip, not to mention the mileage and time. The truck is an 08 Titan. Would it be cost effective just to take it in somewhere local?

After having my boat at the mechanic for five weeks with no service I picked it up. My problem was that the boat is sluggish, it will only push about 5k rpms and it seems that I have to push the throttle down a lot further to get it spun up at all. I got it home and changed the plugs, fuel filter and the fuel water separator. I had about half a tank of fresh fuel left so I burnt that out, filled back up added some startron and took her out. I am still getting the same performance out of the motor. A friend told me it could take a tank or two before it starts running right. Is that normal? Another guy told me that it could be the coils or stator, but I figured I would start with the more inexpensive stuff that I could do myself before I moved on. Any suggestions? The motor is a 2006 merc 4 stroke.

I use 50# power pro and here recently have started coloring the last foot black with a sharpie. Saw it on tv I think and not sure if it helps but I have confidence in it.

I appreciate that info, all the lakes/rivers I fish show up on my gps even if they aren't on the navionics card. I thought the gps's showed the features regardless.

I feel you there, my 16yo son is in a 15 and it's a pain in the arse to find any decent looking shoes for him. I generally prefer shopping in store because I can look and touch what I'm buying.

Sorry to hear that, I had a partial tear of my rotator cuff when I was 19, very painful. At least you get the quality time with the family, the bass will be waiting for you. Good luck with the rehab.

I took supplements while I was in Iraq the last time, dropped to 170 and about 6 % bf. My 3 mile time dropped to 17:50 and I felt great. Came back stateside stopped taking them while continuing to work out. I almost immediately went back to where I was before. Eat healthy and train. We just had a staff pme and it was about alcohol/substance abuse. A lot of those supplements can make you pop positive for amphetamines. One other thought is the FDA does not regulate supplements, so that should tell you something.

No one has any tips?

My local club is traveling to Santee next weekend, more specifically canal lakes camground for our annual out of state tournament. I am looking for what type of baits to use, and any information on what the fish are doing, I.e. spawning, post spawn or a mix. I don't want or expect any specific spots or colors to use just generalized info. Thanks Jeremy

I know a lot of people are doubting Tebows ability as a traditional QB, but there is no denying what he was able to accomplish last year with his teammates. This transaction just really showed me how low Denver really thought of him, a 4th Round pick. I'm not sure that Manning has 2 years left in him much less 5. I hope he has a sub par performance this year as I am a Chargers fan.

I'm not sure that I agree. I am not a Saints fan first and foremost, but that being said I can see it because of players health and careers being jepordized. The thing I have a problem with is that the Patriots were basically given a slap on the hand for the whole "spygate" scandal. I know spygate wasn't putting players health at risk, but I thought Goodell was quoted to say that it was due to the integrity of the game. If thats the case then I don't feel the punishment fits the crime. Just my humble opinion on the subject.
