  1. Burley (or Fishin49er), Since you mentioned the Crankin' Combo, I was wondering if you had used it or had any impressions about it. I just ordered the David Fritts combo about a week ago, with the 7'6" MH rod and the 5.2:1 reel, and am waiting on it to get off back order and be delivered. I was looking for something to use with the deepest diving crankbaits I could find, and this was the only thing I could find within my budget. I also started a topic the other day called "Preferred line for Crankbaits" and this is the rig I will be putting that line on. I have decided on #10 Yo-Zuri Ultra Soft. What do you think...good choice on the rod and reel, and will the Yo-Zuri be a pretty good match for pulling the deep divers? I got some pretty good input on the other thread, enough to make me decide to step down from #12 line. Thanks.
  2. I was just wondering if there is a line out there that you have found works really well with crankbaits, specifically deep divers (15 ft. and deeper). I have used most of the P-Line lines, and have been happy with them all, but I was curious if anyone here had any input. I'm looking for a #12 line, because more than that I consider to be too big, and smaller than that I just don't trust. Right now the two I am considering the strongest are P-Line Evolution, which I have used before and liked, and Yo-Zuri Ultra Soft, which I have no experience with, and know little about. Any input? Thanks.
