  1. Jeez, sorry guys. Don't blame me on this. I have sold and traded alot of stuff via USPS and have lost many items. It is not a rare occasion. I am sending out some stuff tomorrow since you guys are saying I am bull****ing. Amazing you guys can get one me like that. I am taking a loss because I am a teenager with no job. I could have used the money I am using for another present for gas or something like that. I am not blaming this on CFFF at all. I guess since Christmas is gone everybody lost their spirit.
  2. Fishing license, season pass for east bay parks, 12 ft aluminum boat, 9" lunker punker, clothes, LG dare, and memory card for my phone.
  3. Sorry, I have been gone. I sent out your package, but you haven't gotten it yet? That is really weird. Let me see if I can find my reciept with the tracking number. CFFF 1.5 was a awesome dude and bought me a 9" Lunker Punker! EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you! If you don't get the package in the next couple of days, I will send something new out. Although, I am taking a loss sending out two gifts. I don't know if you want to know what I got you, but its something you wanted.
  4. I don't work yet, but my Dad has been off for the past month of so. He is a union plumber. But today he finally went back to work to check out a job. It is just terrible that he didn't have any work around this time of the year.
  5. I am with Natural here. I like my stuff to be flashy 8-) The white and gold isn't cutting it. We need some colors to our reels. Pretty cool Waltons Pond got a little advertisement. BTW, its a tackle shop in San Leandro, Ca. Never been there, but its my uncles local tackle shop. I support my locals over at Hook Line & Sinker.
  6. Dang, I wouldn't be able to not change my line for a year. I like to change my line alot. Just factors out one more thing not to go wrong. Also, I lose braid when I re-tie, so I can't see how braid would last me a year, let alone 5. I guess some of you don't fish as much as I do. Almost every day. ;D
  7. Matt, is there any way I can return my Ultimate Bluegill for a Hard Gill? Haha, just kidding. I gotta buy one of these for next spring. I know it would work great at my local lakes. Still trying to decide on what color and sink rate to get. What do you tend to fish? The floater or sinking more? I know each have their time, but which one has the most catch rate for you?
  8. I doubt the mods will like this, but it was HILARIOUS! Those guys are too much.
  9. How do I go about finding and catching Crappie in the winter? I have never tried for them in the winter months. Not really interested in using bait, so only recommend lures. In the summer, I do really good whacking them on 3/16th ounce hair jigs. But, I am unsure on what to use right now. Water temp is around 56.
  10. I have been using Power Pro for the past year and I have little breakage issues. The only time I broke it was when I was too lazy to put a leader on when fishing rocks. I am gonna try Sufix next. I am using 65lb btw.
  11. Your problem is that you aren't buying me any rods. Haha. I don't think its a problem. I wish I had money to support that problem. ;D
  12. I rather have more quality , than quantity. A fish 5lbs doesn't do too much, even though its nice. I am looking for the double digits. I mean, its boring catching a bunch of cookie cutters. No rush, no reward. Its the moment when you hook into the hog, and pray that you don't do something stupid to lose that fish. That is what I am looking for. Even though I hate when they jump, it looks so awesome when you see that monstrous head swing back and forth giving it all to shake your bait. Then, you get pictures. And you get to release it in front of all the powerbaiters as they look at you in ***, as they wonder why I would release such a fish. 8-)
  13. I havent tried them yet, but I did recently wrap my swimbait rod with rod wrap and love it. Provides extra grip and comfort. I was getting annoyed with cork when it gets all wet.
  14. http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail44.html Pretty funny. This is how I catch all my fish. 8-)
  15. LOL! I was just thinking about that. Is Gorilla poop fishing related?
  16. LMAO. I have so many people I would do that too, but too bad its so spendy.
  17. Lunker Punker, Bobbys perfect frog, and of course heddons super spook. I haven't tried a higher quality version of a spook yet. The spooks work so great for me, and I lost them occasionally and I wouldn't be able to stand losing a 10$ plus bait.
  18. My favorites are Double Wide Beavers, Sweet Beavers, and Brush Hogs, Baby Brush Hogs. Those both are proven fish catches and catch alot of fish for me. They work great as jig trailers too!
  19. The 8 inch felt lighter, but I saw a post where are guy stated they weigh the same. I will still get one, but still want a wood too.
  20. I like my wood.
  21. Its not like braid is the devil, or at least I don't think it is. But, I see flechero you have something against braid, and I'll leave it at that. Yeah, the price is spendy, but to me its worth it. I say go with pigstickers idea. See even frogging is for you before you get a setup specifically for it. If you do like, eventually you'll want to get a setup for just frogging. I like using a high speed reel, but you can get away with a slower reel. The 7:1's are nice because you can pick up that slack faster and get the bass out of where you are catching them. Right now I am using a Revo SC. I love it because it has the high speed I am looking for, and they have 24lbs of drag. Rods, as you can see, everybody likes different rods. I like the big rods for more leverage, and some like shorter rods. But I think a 7 ft would be the shortest I'd go. A great frog is snag proofs bobbys perfect frog. Awesome out of the box. But I'd recommend trimming the legs about a inch. They have a rattle, so you can remove it or keep it in. You can also trim one leg a little shorter than the other to enable it to walk a little easier. Frog customization is endless. I got alot of stuff, but I am keeping it to myself, lol.
  22. I go for how the reel feels (performance, weight, smoothness), then I look at colors. I mean, most reels nowadays look pretty good, so you don't really have to worry. But, a Daiwa Sol sure would look slick on my carrot stix.
  23. The Spro BBZ Shads, Tru Tungsten Shads, Huddleston shads, and what the others have listed. There are not many swimbaits that can be thrown on conventional gear.
  24. Does anyone know if you can download the coverage of any of the bassmaster classics? Or any other tournament that was covered on tv.
  25. Some jerk who fishes at the lake I fish at kept a tagged fish even though the rangers were telling him why it was important to release it and report the measurements and the weight of the fish.
