The reason I asked was that sometimes we do an all day fishing trip on the lakes down here in FL. Some of these smaller lakes produce a ton of action. So, it turns into a busy day --- ALL day....
For those of you that try and enjoy a similar type day - you know 8-10 hours of continuous casting and pulling in Dozens of Bass - you have to have the lightest/strongest setup possible (or be 25 yrs old and work out every day).
I personally haven't found anything come close to my old Carrot. Iv'e upgraded reels a few times. Iv'e tried others, but just cant find anything that is feather light - has serious response - and can pull in a 10lb-r without any concern of snapping...
If I knew then what i know now --- I would of bought 6 of them when i had the chance.
