Our family just moved to Florida last summer from Colorado. We definitely had the trout of Colorado figured out... caught lots of them. After moving to Ocala last June, we're trying to figure out the Bass. It's a steep learning curve, for sure. Really just trying to get familiar with Bass fishing. My oldest son is in college, but we still try to get out on the water as often as possible. We plan to purchase a starter boat in the future, but for now we're stuck fishing from the bank. Bank fishing from Florida is a little tough. There are lakes, both large and small, everywhere. But most of them require a boat to access. So we try to get out and look at google maps as often as possible and fish ponds that we can. We've found a few, but I know there are a lot more out there. Anyway, looking forward to learning more from all of you and hopefully developing some friendships with a common interest of catching more Bass.
