  1. I don't know much, but I know that I regret not playing baseball and football in my last two years of high school. Baseball was my thing growing up too, I loved it! I wish I had finished my high school career as 1st baseman. I have recently found a renewed love for it being involved with my nephews little league team, I plan to coach them this coming season.
  2. I use PP on all of my rigs except one. That is my Medium Light rod that I use for cranks, jerks, and topwaters. However I may change that soon.

  6. Only drank tequilla once in my life...got in a fight with my good friend! Nasty stuff.
  7. I would recommend having a read through the seasonal articles section on this website...listed at the top of the page. I have been reading through them this past week, there is some great info there. Cliff

  10. http://www.shop3m.com/62427675301.html I use this stuff all the time at work to glue formica to plywood. Trust me, once you stick it, it ain't coming off. It was a three man job to remove a piece that was about six foot long and twenty inches wide. That being said, I don't know how it would hold up to being wet or out in the elements. I had no idea it was so expensive either...$300 for five gallons!! It does go a long way though. Cliff
  11. I chose Abu for casting and nothing for spinning, cuz I don't own a spinning reel that I use for bass fishing.
  12. I use the Lamiglas Excel 734C for throwing power worms with 1/8 tungston. Paired with a Revo S-L I can cast it a country mile. I do use braid however cuz I am normally fishing heavy cover.
  13. I received a Bait from Dr. Spinnerbait this past week thanks to another member here who deceided to give his free bait to me! Anyway I used it yesterday and today. Only caught two dinks yesterday and three today. Today though, I also caught this nice chunk in about 5 feet of water. It measured right at 20 inches and was nice and fat. I am sorry for the crappy pic should have turned the boat around so the sun wasn't right behind me. I really like the bait too! Runs true all the time with that "soft" wire and it never gets bent out of shape. Thanks for lookin!
  14. I fish alone too and I am a pretty good swimmer, but like you said, you never know. Plus I am in an 8' boat. Thanks for the info!
  15. I am looking to get one of these. I figure a life jacket that I would actually wear will probably work better than the one strapped up under my seat. This is the one I am considering. http://www.***.com/Mustang_Deluxe_MD3087_Auto_Bobbin_Activation/descpage-MDA.html Does anyone have any pros/cons for this model? It is in my budget and I know Mustang is a known brand. Should I go with the automatic or the manual? Any info on this jacket is much appreciated! Thanks Cliff
  16. 2010 was by far my best year. I caught more an bigger bass. I gained huge confidence in cranks and jerkbaits. My goals for this coming year are to catch some decent fish in the dog days of summer, couldn't get nothin but dinks when it was 100+ degrees. I also want to learn to fish deeper water better. I don't have, or plan to be able to afford anything better than my crappy $80 depth finder so I plan to just use it better for finding drops, points, etc etc....then catch a fish on them. As for new techniques...2011 is going to be the year of the C-Rig for me! Cliff

  19. Why not just ask the property owner for permission to fish the private water?

    THE BOYS

I was dissapointed that he fumbled, but I was down right mad that he was smiling about it. He had the same smile on his face when he dropped two balls earlier in the game. Dropping a ball is a part of the game. Fumbling is going to happen. But, it's not funny. > In my opinion that was an excellent defensive play more so than a screw up by Williams.
  23. Nice fish! I love my little Bass Raider!
  24. This was the best Thanksgiving dinner I have had aside from being home at my moms. I am wicked stuffed!! Worth every bite though!
