I like to say "It's hotter than a Kuwaiti porta-john in August." Trust me... it's not. I hope I never experience that combination of heat and stench again. A case of the runs over there in the summertime is practically a death sentence.
Silly is not the word I'd use to describe it. Yes, selective harvest can be beneficial, but killing fish and leaving them to rot is not the way to do it.
I left WV in 2013, and I don't know how much has changed, but I liked East Lynn. I never caught any big fish, but there were plenty of small, keeper-sized fish to keep me entertained.
