  1. No way!!! that happen me to me too!!!! two times..
  2. Caught a dink through the ice last week..
  3. I'm working on a light kayak setup. smaller or no crate at all, less and more versatile rods, smaller batteries.. I'm tired of carrying all that crap.
  4. XX really need an upgrade, at the very least a weight reduction. However they are not worth (for me at least) $399 there are some better options at that price. I felt like $300 was an "ok" price point. This rods to me compete with Exprides and they are much newer, lighter and cheaper. Hopefully they release a newer version and keep the $300 price tag.
  5. I bought polycarbonate for safety reasons, they are supposed to be lighter than glass, but the frames themself are very heavy.. I use Oakley now much much lighter, the frames feel cheaper but they are extremely lightweight.
  6. While Costa's optics are great, I find them very heavy. Is it just me?? did I bought the wrong style twice?
  7. Many of Mexico's artificial lakes the area was left as it was before they build the dam. You will find trees as they don't usually cut them like its done in the US (there are lakes were you can see orchards of large trees still line up underwater) houses, churches and other human made structure. So it wont hurt you to use the stronger line.
  8. I'm on personal tournament with myself every time I go fishing.. I give myself prices for a big bag and big fish.
  9. I guess crankbaits, I have not caught a fish on one in a few years (not considering topwater, poppers are a staple on my summer fishing)
  10. I was hopping they removed the gold colors.. looks like a Shakespeare reel.
  11. Did Pocahontas carved the canoe herself?? šŸ˜
  12. Back when I was a teenager my buddies and I use to take a guy on our fishing trips. He did not put a dollar for anything all and would consume great quantities of our alcoholic provisions. This drunk was VERY, VERY good fishermen and he did taught us a lot about fishing. So yeah he was our couch on those early years and we did pay for his professional services with drinks and fishing trips. Not a bad deal I may say, there was always additional budget for refreshments. Then we just cut him once we learn what we needed, he found another group just like us.
  13. I happen to do the same, I buy the item then I look around for reviews.. Its good to see I'm not the only one
