Good discussion. I dont fish docks if there is someone on it, working around it on in their yard on shore relaxing. I skip it and sometimes just say Hello. I ended up having a beer with an old timer once just by saying hello. The fishermen cutting me off or going between me and the shoreline 30 feet from me... that brings out the worst in me. When it happens and the other fisherman don't apologize... well, let's just say my wife sits and waits for new swear words she might never have heard before.

When I first seen it, looked like the there was fish landing violation for the fish hitting the deck, but it was out of camera view, and the ref didn't call it... so it must not have hit the deck. Lane would have reacted if it did, being so close to the end of the round. When I looked at the replay, I don't think it hit the deck, looks like it was just swinging around.

I will also say I don't see much difference in the live streams. The cut up version on TV shows more fish caught but on the live streams, (maybe its just me) I don't think more fish are being caught on MLF events than BASS events. Except I was watching the live stream when KVD went nuts and won the Stage 4 BPT event last year... that was awesome.

Hello, Mid 50's fella that left the sport for about 11 years to concentrate on my family, fishing was taking up all my time. Sold my boat, most of my lures and gear. Then an opportunity came around that was too good to pass up. My wife told me about it, and we talked it over. I told her, "you sure your good with this because you know how I was last time I had a fishing boat." She said, "Go for it." So I did. I got back into fishing by getting my hands on a 2003 Tracker Pro Deep V that needed repair. I replaced all the wood and carpeting, fixed some electrical and some other stuff. When I stopped fishing I was a beast. Then my first couple of months back on the water... wow did I suck. Its like I forgot how to use a bait caster... which I guess I did. I was not catching fish at the same rate that I did when I stopped. I know now I have to change things up, I get stubborn and stick on the same thing way too long. I am here to learn and become better bass angler.

Hello, I like them both, watch both of them, follow both of them, subscribe to both too. I think the two leagues has bring coverage of more anglers which is always great. I follow alot of guys in both leagues, and learn about anglers all the time, don't matter where they fish. I guess I am just a fan of the sport. With that said, I have known BASS the longest and tend to check in on them first. MLF is on my streaming service more. The FRNDLY app has more MLF coverage and just about zero BASS, which sucks. MLF is on sportsmans channel and fishing network, I can only see BASS on Foxsports1, I don't have FoxSports2 and I wont pay extra for it... that cuts into my fishing gear fund.
