The new daiwa black label sc c69mh. Paired with a 17 Shimano exsence dc. Going to be my power jerkbait, topwater, and small swimbait set up

I have the previous Gen and it's amazing

Get the slx DC xt is has the dc5 breaking system and is around 175 from Japan

It's a fun reel I have 20lb braid on mine

The new line of Shimano scorpion 200 MD or 300 MD are solid options

Tactical bassin has tons of videos where they say it's one of the only bladed jig rods they use

Berkeley x9 in 40lb. Daiwa x8 grand 50lb. Both made noise. I think I even tried 131 just couldn't get rid of the noise. But yeah it's a really nice junk rod. Was able to keep a 3 foot pike pinned with a weightless fluke

It's crazy light weight but I can only use mono or fluorocarbon on it. Braid is way too loud going through the guides only rod I own where it's an issue. I used it from weightless flukes too bigger walking baits.

Daiwa has released there next Gen blx rods. They have a 6'3 and a 6'5 frog rod. I have the blx SC 69mh coming
