Great Hollow in Monroe always delivers. You'd have to take your motor off though as it only allows non-motorized boating. Small lake full of bass, browns, bows, brookies, sunnies and perch. Bass usually runs between 1 and 3lb, trout up to 5lb. Start where the big rocks are by the parking lot and work your way down the west side of the lake down to the long bridge. About 5-6ft of shallow water from land and then a big drop. That's where the bass are. Trout usually hangs out in the deepest part of the lake (right in the middle).

I'm pretty fast too. Never spend more than a few minutes in each spot. If anything, I can always come back later

Hi everyone! Been lurking for a while so thought it was time to become a member. I'm originally from Sweden but moved to NYC over a decade ago. My brother in law introduced me to bass fishing a few years ago and I was instantly hooked (no pun intended). Moved to CT a while ago which allows me to spend a lot more time fishing! I only fish with the kreature since I caught 6 decent sized in like an hour the first time I used it. Every so often I'll try something else but if I don't catch anything in like 15 min I always switch back. I still keep buying other types of lures which all end up at the bottom of the box unused...
