  1. BoB, I fish out in California, There's alot of ramps out here that fits 3 but not all. In that picture it even seems small for a 2, but If they cleaned up that dirt slide on the right it would look more like two lane.
  2. Ghost Rider Holy Cow :o looks like some one forgot to put in there plug not to mention thats one small loading ramp. also just noticed whats that guy trying to accomplish with the rope to the steering wheel :-?
  3. Cool Thankyou for the link way2slow HMMMM, so they pop off easy??? that wouldn't be good
  4. Hey Garnet, There is these types: http://www.boatingbuddy.com/boat-accessories-2007/index.htm?page=page0226 http://www.boatingbuddy.com/boat-accessories-2007/index.htm?page=page0226 Hope this helps.
  5. Ok I interested here I need a secondary speedo attachment, cause on my motor the little hole on my engine is clogged and I can't seem to unplug it, so I don't know how fast I'm going . So if i'm getting this right, they do make a speedo attachment thingy????
  6. hello Don, I have a 1979 70hp merc 2- stroke and I also wondered about that to. I found out by watching your battery gauge on the dash and seeing what Ann is saying about the volts get above 13 then your in good shape. I also wanted to ask you, how is that 70 treating you? does it run good? I found out where I live There's really nobody thats wants to work on that old of an outboard and plus being a 2-stroke:(. I need to maintain that motor till I can afford a decent 4-stroke (California )
  7. Just to let you know if you find out that checkvalve isn't working out for you for one way or another. I know another type that would work better then that spring type. (hence no psi required).
  8. I was wondering on where you installed the check valve? reason why cause i was thinking about doing one too. A. up close to the bulk head B. Mid-section on hose C. down close by the pump D. somewhere else on hose The reason I'm going through all this is cause If one would hook the checkvalve anywhere else, there would be back water all the way down to where you installed the valve. which in turn you would have water all the time stuck in there. Now if that was the case would the pump be able flush it out?
  9. cool you found one Yeah I had a similar problem, I had to rewire the whole trailer lighting.
  10. yeah when you go get it tested tomorrow you will find out. thats your best bet, and if you go to like kragens or any auto parts store the testing is mostly free, I know kragen is. plus you may get a turn in credit for a new one .
  11. sometimes ebay has them. and complete cowls too
  12. Hey how you doing, where do you live??? I found mine at walmart. or you could go to any auto parts store like kragens, napa, car quest. Hope this helps
  13. yikes if thats the unit, man thats is an old one ;D
