  1. I replaced my 3 lead battery's with a 36v lipo question i have is , has any one ever put the battery in bow to lessen even more weight from the rear. i run a 36v minn kota w/ 12'" mega 360 up front. my boat is really stern heavy and trying to lessen the load. thanks.
  2. has anyone ordered from them? they have a few items id like to get but the site is pretty basic and not much on the about us info. thanks.
  3. wow. my grandpa has a house in eustis and we visit this shop every year! hes a great guy and the selection of stuff is so overwhelming LOL. unfortunately in my local area there's nothing that has anything that isn't a corporation owned outfit. other than 1 shop about 30min away that sells live bait but zero selection for lures/hooks/rod or reels. we buy live bait from them always but are other stuff comes from online. i wont usually touch bps or cabelas. i do like scheels and farm and fleet though.
  4. late to the party here! but 100% percent i will throw a lightweight frog that floats all the time. has to have front and rear legs no skirt no popper. just throw it on shore or logs and hop it into the water! and swim it back to your shore! it will get destroyed often so have multiples ready and have a crankbait ready to follow up blowups that dont hookup.
  5. i love my tatula paired on damakia dark angel but sadly they dont make them for bass anymore! so newest rod for me is Dobyns Fury 703SF paired with a the quantum smoke size 15 in 5.7:1 smoke reel is the bomb!
  6. 1) wacky rigged Yamamoto Senko ( natural green colors) played with the yum dingers but yamas out fished the dingers easy 3-1 maybe 4-1. 2) carolina rigged yum 6" lizard june bug 3) crankbait bandit 100 in rootbeer or bluegill.
  7. @MN Fisheri love them but i here tons of good things about vmc neko & Gamakatsu Wide Gap Finesse and im not sure the octopus are the right hook but there deadly sharp and ive had great success with them. so upgrading is essentially staying with gama or moving to vmc neko.
  8. ive been using gamakatsu octopus #2 for my weightless senkos. im primarily a worm guy 70% of season. but im looking at upgrading to one brand of hook for simplicity and bulk purchasing . pros and cons of vmc vs gama.
  9. Damiki Dark Angel 6'6'' and its paired with a tatula spinning reel by far my favorite setup ever! only problem is there is no place left to buy a DDA . what rod is comparable to the Dark Angel . does anyone have any Damiki rods left in spinning for sale that you know. thanks guys first time posting longtime lurking.
