  1. I think what I'm asking isn't actually possible, because while I can apply my credits to my total in the cart and it updates to show that my new total cost is $0.00, when I proceed to actually pay it's still showing that I need to pay $50. This sort of makes sense to not allow gift card purchases with store credits, but the site is a little buggy in making it look like it should work. If I'm overlooking something, please let me know.
  2. Someone double check me, please: If I have $50 of Omnia Pro credits on my account, why would I not use that to purchase a $60 gift card under their current "$60 GC for $50" promotion?
  3. $185 shipped - come and get it!
  4. No issues. I'm still running this setup. I caught some decent-sized bass on the Zillion HD with the 6.3 gears last summer. I've barely fished at all in 2024 but that's a "me" problem.
  5. Purchased direct from ALF but decided to stick with the cheaper stuff. Unopened. $215 delivered in the lower 48.
  6. Zillion TW HD for me (the older USDM one).
  7. For me the benefit is free Premium. My Premium membership is expiring in a few days so it was either pay $30 for another year or get the "free" Pro membership and mark my calendar a year out to evaluate whether or not to cancel.
  8. I didn't even know about the Alphas line yesterday and now I have one on the way. edit for some content: Omnia is offering Premium Pro effectively for free for a year: https://www.omniafishing.com/a/premium-rebate-offer
  9. @RipzLipz sent me here... I got out intending to throw swimbaits but started with a 3/8" jig with a Rage Bug 3.5" trailer and on about my third cast I stuck a 5.5 pounder. I threw the jig some more and then threw swimbaits for about an hour with no luck. I've never been much of a football jig guy but I brought one with me so I tied it on and caught three decent fish in my first three casts. Played around a little more and decided to switch it up to a black and blue jig. All I had was a 1/2" Beast Coast Lil Magnum and I had one black and blue Sweet Beaver trailer. A couple of casts later I land my PB, or at least the largest that I've weighed: 7lb 4oz. I kept on fishing and caught several more decent ones. Great day on the water.
  10. Got me, too. The last thing I need is another rod but I caught my PB on a jig today, so...
  11. @NorthernBasser they've got your Expride 7'3" XH
  12. Thanks - been looking for someone with cheap Rage Craws.
  13. If I don't care about packing down or about the crossbar configuration, is there any reason to get the more expensive BarCart over the Bunkster for my Autopilot 120?
  14. 20% off of $4.99 is $3.99, as advertised. The crossed-out price that you see in the cart appears to be MSRP, based on the manufacturer's site.
  15. Possibly all of the above. A Dobyns DX705 and a MB Levante Perfect Pitch are in that role now but I’m a big fan of the Expride so I had to give it a try.
  16. @NorthernBasser it was 78 here today so I do plan on putting it to good use soon. I'm curious about the different codes as well. To add to the confusion, in the last 30 minutes or so I got a notification on the app with the 20% code. I am a premium member. @JackstrawIII check out punchfishing on insta. His Youtube channel is actually responsible for pushing me over the edge on that Expride. Good stuff for tackle junkies.
  17. The image is broken in the email I received (shortly after 8am CST) but the code is slightly different: PREMIUMEARLYBF. I think your code is the better one for the reason I mentioned. On a $289 rod you'd come up about $10 better with 15% off plus 10% rewards. Got the last 7'3" XH. Sorry!
  18. I got the 20% off for premium members email and already bought an Expride. I noticed that Megabass isn't included. As NorthernBasser alluded to, for items that aren't Shimano/Daiwa (perhaps others?) premium members are better off using a 15% code and getting their 10% rewards on top. I'm going to be sad when Omnia inevitably waters down their premium membership benefits, but it's great while it lasts.
  19. Love, love, love my GLX 843c. My most versatile rod. I assume the NRX+ is similar. There's not a lot that I won't throw on it within its stated range (or a bit heavier), although if I were throwing 1/2+ ounce jigs with a strong weed guard I might want more power.
  20. Add the stuff you want to a wish list. If it's not in stock when it's on sale, typically you can place a backorder from your wish list. You'll have to be strategic about your backorder orders, as they'll only ship when everything from your order is in stock, so generally I would say don't combine backordered items with in-stock items, and realize that if you order multiple backordered items you're essentially waiting until all of them are in stock for your order to ship. Sign up for TW emails to get in on any early access, special offers, etc.
  21. I only recently picked up a Huddleston (68, ROF12) to try out this winter but that and the Magdraft seem like completely different baits. Magdraft I retrieve at a pretty constant medium-ish pace in the upper part of the water column and the Hudd I plan on using to bump the bottom on a slow retrieve.
  22. I bought a 150m spool of 14# to try after seeing this test a while back. I'm also wary of YT/IG/etc. reviews but for $20 it was worth a shot. I'm pleased with the line and will probably buy more down the road if I can find it in a bigger spool, and if the price is favorable over the standard go-tos.
  23. @LrgmouthShad interesting. Why a deep box for jigs? My jig box is a standard 3600 EDGE and I bet I have 30 jigs in there. A 3700 Deep could probably hold well over 100.
  24. What are y'all using the 3700 Deep for? I only recently branched out to the 3700 size, including the Deep model, and I'm thinking it's going to be handy for bigger hard baits like glides.
  25. Got my Navarre Kayak Fishing rod holder replacement mount and my YakGadget 4 rod holder rigged up for testing:
