I knew the food industry was a lot of work, a lot of school debt, and not a lot of pay (for most)..so I never pursued it.
so, I try to kikcass at home. I find great joy in tasting some food in some restaurant, some foreign country, and trying to recreate it at home. I've had some crazy failures. funny ones, but sometimes....sometimes I kill it.
