  1. O"s won the sunday rubber game after losing the first 2 to texas. Bautista had a 3 strikeout save. The bats were cold this weekend.
  2. @Obee 7 days after surgery i was in therapy doing unweighted stretching exercises with the repaired elbow and week 3 i was doing exercises with a water bottle and progressed on my own from there. Its was very painfull as all heck after surgery having arm in a sling and when starting stretching therapy but its part of the recovery and i dont mind pain as long as i know it leads to recovery. Top priority is to keep it moving after the first week to get blood flow to it as the elbow tendon recieves very little natural bloodflow. I was back to wrenching in 30 days but of course i was cautious to not push it untill i felt it was strong enough and before long i just naturally started to forget about it and to this day my elbow is 100%.
  3. I had golfers elbow and tennis elbow in my right dominate elbow. The golphers elbow was so bad i could not open the twist door to my apartment in 2008. I had surgery for it in 2008, the tendon was torn and had to be reattached. Recovery time was 2 weeks out of work as a mechanic with therapy for 2 weeks then back to work on light duty for 2 weeks then back to work as normal. The same elbow i had tennis elbow at its worst in 2016, i could not butter a piece of toast without pain. So surgery again, same routine as before to reattach tendon. I was retired at this time and living in the philippines and had to come back to the USA to get the surgery.
  4. Grayson rodrigeuz was sent down to Norfolk today.
  5. Grayson Rodriguz was horrible friday night. It’s not just that the command of the off-speed stuff is shaky, it’s that once he misses with just one CB/SL/CH, he seems legitimately scared to throw another one. And guys can just sit FB and crush it. Mateo needs to sit, he has regressed badly. Orioles have better players in the minors that should be called up such as Ortiz whom they just sent back down to make room for Ramon Urias who just came off the injured list.
  6. Do you have a AAA card? If not buy one as they are cheap breakdown insurance. Get the Supreme card, they will tow you 200 miles if needed.
  7. 5-1 on the road trip. 2 of 3 in New York. 5 games ahead of the Skanks. Now. Still 3 back from TB. Gibbons pitches 7 innings, no runs. Cano in for the save.
  8. Thank you A-Jay.
  9. Tried these last week but it was tough to walk on the rocky shoreline.
  10. O"s come from behind to smackdown the Skankees.
  11. This guy here.
  12. He is in a super slump, he has reverted back to who he really is. Ortiz needs to play more at ss. 102/.143/.119 in May for Mateo’s 64 plate appearances. A .262 OPS .
  13. To much flopping by lebron and a bunch of others. Then the new term they use for traveling now is called the european step.
  14. I wish they would make a gulp with a paddletail. Gulps as they are tear very easy. If ya nose hook a gulp on a jig it can get sucked off pretty easy by a fish. i
  15. Not as often as 2021 and 2022 when wife and i went 3x a week. I will say we now go 1x a week this new year to minnesota hoping to up it to 2x a week when the river levels in north dakota go down another 5 feet. Our quality of fishing to catch and eat has dramatically increased since we started in 2022 to target small mouth which are abundant with the walleye in the rivers we fish. We keep the walleye to eat.
  16. I took this info from target walleye website, found it to be interesting and you may also. Looks like the majority of those are Berkley Gulp! Minnows, which btw are 100% biodegradable and don’t sit on the bottom of our lakes for hundreds of years like ‘normal’ plastics do. And obviously fish love the taste of ‘em enough they’ll literally eat them. ? Why? Well, here’s a snippet from Fishing Fishing Hall of Famer John Prochnow, the guy who created Gulp! ? among a zillion other scent-y treats over his past 37 yrs as a renowned chemist, inventor and lure designer with Pure Fishing: > “Gulp! is made of a water-based polymer, unlike many other soft-plastics that are oil-based PVC. That allows us to use a wider variety of smells, because our attractant is also water based, and oil and water don’t mix. Naturally, fish can smell water-soluble liquids better than anything else, and the material allows the baits to hold and release much more scent.” > Because oil and water do not mix, when scent is added to a bait created from PVC and an oil-based resin, the oil literally traps the scent inside the bait. While some of the scent does get out, the oil is actually functioning as a barrier. I love this analogy from John: > “I liken Gulp! and other scented plastics to eating lunch on a fishing trip. You have a ham and cheese sandwich in a plastic bag. You take it out and eat it and it’s good. Now, if you were to bite it through the bag, all the ingredients would be the same, but you’re going to taste the bag, too.” Dude can cook up some fish-catchers! ??
  17. O"s win 6-5 in 10 innings over Toronto. Mountain man Bautista with a 2 inning save and win with 5 strikeouts. O Hearn blasts a 3 run homer to tie it up in the eigth.
  18. I buy the cheapest rods for wife and i to fish with such as my favorite berkley cherrywood and uglystick carbon lite and have yet to lose an insert or visually see any wear on the inserts. I wouldnt waste my money on the supposedly best rods when i read stories like this.
  19. Try out the ugly stick Carbon, I own one and really like it for every technique.
