I have a 2004 AutoPilot Minn Kota trolling motor with built in sonar and want to upgrade my fish finder that is currently connected to it, does anyone have information on what fish finders may be compatible and what adapters may be required? Thank you

I am currently looking to purchase the first fish finder for my 16' Ranger, I would like to eventually get two fish finders (one on console, one on bow) but can only get one right now. Is the Lowrance Elite Ti2- 7" a good option to get for now? I now I would like to get a fish finder that would allow me to network to a future finder I will put on the console. I think for now I will get the Ti2 at the console and use an iPad as a second display with the app feature. I can get the Elite Ti2-7" for a discount for $525 right now, is this a good price or should I wait for Black Friday sales? I also wanted to get a Garmin but from what I researched the STRIKER series cannot be networked. Thanks in advance for any advice.
