I recommend two pieces of software. Classic Shell and Skip Metro Suite. Check this out, should help you a lot. http://reviews.cnet.co.uk/software-and-web-apps/how-to-make-windows-8-look-like-windows-7-50009546/
I searched for bass2bucks but didn't find the username listed. We have done well in the lake previously but it's been a while since I have been out on the river/lake and I'm not sure where we should focus to have the best day.
Heading out to Lake Monroe this Saturday. We are launching at the public ramp on the west side of Lake Monroe. I'm not sure if we should be fishing the lake or the river this time of year. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks for the help guys. We caught 4 fish and missed one. Caught one and missed one in the pads by the canal to Lake Harris. We caught the other three flipping canals in Lake Eustis.
I am fishing the Harris Chain of Lake this weekend. We are launching at Buzzard Beach. Does anyone have any info for these lake for this time of year. I have never fished the Harris Chain and really know nothing about it. Any recent fishing reports?
The starting battery in my boat has gone bad. It is 5 years old and no longer holds a charge. I am severely short on funds right now and can't afford the $65 for a new Marine Starting Battery. Can I use an automotive starting battery for one or two fishing trips?
On the 165 even if the live was divided, I can't image keeping a 5 bass limit in 7.5 gallons of water, no matter the size of the fish. I think 15 gallons is kind of small for a 5 bass limit.
Is your whole house system set on the main incoming line? I got struck by lightning a year ago and the strike hit a large oak in our yard then traveled into my aluminum shed then through an extension cord the went from the shed to the back porch and then proceeded to fry lots of electronics in the house. One of the whole house units offered by the power company would have done nothing to stop my surge.
Sounds like the reel needs to be shimmed up. I have to do this on a few of my rods. I usually take some think cardboard like from a cereal box and cut to the right lenght and 2x the width of the reel seat so it can be folded in half. I then place the cardboard on the rod and then place the reel on top of that and tighten it down. This should work for you.
