I went out for the first time in a month yesterday afternoon and caught 14 dinks, mostly on tubes. I went again this morning and caught 9 dinks, again mostly on tubes. I knocked frogs and spinnerbaits off of my list of lures I haven't caught bass on. When I was walking home from the pond I realized that there was one thing in common between both days (apart from the tubes.) I thought to my self "why would this only work near me? Is there any reason it can't work in florida, california, canada, or anywhere else?" The answer to those questions was no. The thing in common with both of those days was that I put the lures in the water. When the lures were out of the water I got 0 bites. If you cast the lures onto the land, the bass don't eat it but sometimes you catch a tree. I hope this can help you guys!
