They are the same reel inside as the Garcia. The parts are interchangeable. Put a set of ceramic bearings in it and you will have a fantastic reel I love them I have 3 of them and they are really nice to give you the old school bass fishing experience with the ceramic bearings in them and some practice you will cast it just as far as most new reels on the market.Great for my deep crank baits and on my Carolina rig poles .And works beautifully with braid line on my jig rod. Hope this helps some times the oldie but goodies are the best.

I ordered a reel from them got my money and no reel and can’t get a reply from them . I would steer clear of them

I bought a Garcia reel from them yesterday on their one hour hot deal well I’m still waiting to see if I get the reel ,The only thing so far that was hot is how hot they grabbed my money. I will keep my fingers crossed and keep you posted this is 2/26/20

I just got home from two amazing weeks of inshore fishing at Port Charlotte Florida. I took my reels in my suitcase and bought rods down there because it was cheaper than flying my rods down there. The guys I was fishing with live there and I just bought rods like what they were using.They told me that I couldn’t beat a Redbone rod so I got a 7 ft medium and put my Penn 4000 reel on it with 30 lbs braid. I caught 30 inch Snook,Snapper,Trout ,Red fish,Mangrove Snapper. and even Big Red Grouper. That rod handled everything just fine. The guides are nice and the handle is nice . It casts great and I’m very pleased with the rod .Then I took it to the UPS store and shipped it home for $23.00 ,I’ll use it here in Ohio for bass and Walleye .For the money I think those rods are hard to beat.I don’t hesitate to recommend these rods.
