  1. I was bass fishing while waiting for trout bite and I tried everything for 11 yours and god knows how many casts, I tried everything bottom and middle and top and try different lure for each section, Speed fishing and slow fishing and dead sticking, NOTHING WORKS 🤣. Oh man I love bass fishing, I would never forget that night. that's a short clip of conditions , Milk chocolate water and fog that you even couldn't see the water and wind and cold and ETC... https://youtu.be/Pj9QhzaVSko
  2. After work I go back to get something from my truck and see how beautiful is my room view. Just wanted to share for aviation lovers.
  3. Long time I didn't post, We were busy working and fishing and we had fire here that we needed to deal with. We were fishing every Friday to Sunday, This weekend we didn't go to deal with Tanks house(our Tortoise). Bass fishing was so tough so far but I do bass fish no matter what. Ill report that and condition under another post.
  4. Chad shad You can never go wrong with it, Imagine every single time it gets tough, I deploy it and BAM. Do yourself a favor and get one same color of your lake forage. I have five and each time I have money I am buying more and add. I have Original ones also but I am not using them 🤣
  5. NRX 821 nrr For Smaller Jerkbait with Stella 2500 , 110 and 130s all with casting rod.
  6. Sweet, I wish same deal near me, I use them a lot(I mean ALOT :))
  7. The only ABU I bought over Shimano was Beast 60 size for line capacity and drag power, Except that I would never choose ABU over Shimano.
  8. I am fishing every weekend for trout and bass here in SoCal, If I were there I would go ice fishing and if possible deep sea fishing for fighting the withdrawal. Plus it is best time to change lines and complete the tackle and do study and stay more at Bassresource. I have same situation in dog days of summer in SoCal.
  9. Sorry to hear that, What I can say I pray for you ad I am asking you to fight it and stay on water as much as you can. Ive seen people with the same news and They made it 13 years as of today and we are all happy about that. I know it is too much and overwhelming but somehow I know a person with your character (as far as I know you here), Very able to fight it and stay positive.
  10. Won the 3rth place in trout war tournament and eat it after back home 😅
  11. oooooh that changes everything, Looking forward to see what's coming. The bait monkey now he knows I heard the news.
  12. In last couple days when I start the truck it shows the battery is low(the red battery light is on), I need to drive for a while to be charged and light off, So I am guessing buying two batteries is around the corner. Do you guys have any idea on which brands and batteries are best for my truck? I taught the RV will charge and help truck batteries but it sims not to be the case and you need to buy a battery tender to do so, Also if you have any idea about that Ill be thankful. My 3500 have the camera on it always and only sometimes if I have very heavy hauling I borrowing it for business, otherwise it is only for camper which I use every week for overnight fishing.
  13. I have the bag for few years now and it is awesome, You'll be shock to see the amount of tackle you can cary with it, It is very strong on straps and will be safe to handle the heavy weight of tackle in it. here is what goes into mine: 5 trays and two pockets. :
  14. For me it is really important, Even for other application because ill make sure my lure having a right action by feeling the vibration.
  15. Bait Monkey now days, Thanking TW 😅
  16. I know the feeling, When I was moving our lego concord plane in our home aviation museum, I was nervous and it is very small compare to that giant lego.
  17. DIY Connection knot assist, Look pretty cool with some wood and shrink tube and end caps.
  18. So I got this awesome Phenix Rod for light casting on kelp paddies for dorado and bass in ocean,I paired that with Lexa 500 and I was very happy with the combo that I can use for heavy Swimbait fishing on freshwater bass and also for saltwater trips. But when I start to use it I found out how difficualt is casting with the rod. Each cast I need to put extra pressure to keep the rod from ending up in the water. A simple trigger is missing and made my day on water so hard, especially for someone like me, I need to be able to do 500 plus cast in few hours. Anyways make story short, I got to work, Sent an email to phenix rod customer support and received nothing. So I found a product for bikers to rest their finger on and purchased that. It is awesome, But I need to glue and weld it to the rod. It is metal but not steel and the other side is plastic Fuji reel seat. Now tell me what is the best product to glue the hell of it and make sure it can handle the pressure. If the reel seat was aluminum, I would weld the ring, But if I apply heat I will damage the reel seat. Sorry for trypos and grammar in advance, I do multiple job at once Please see the pictures to get a better idea what I want to do.
  19. Since it is fire 40miles away and we cover in ashes, I just got to work and made one grade space to fishing section. Still need work, But you get the idea. I also like what I did for rods.
  20. I am that somebody, In average takes me 40min after I say that to a friend to actually leave. 😅
  21. No way, It can't go even 100 miles, Plus the hitch is not still and not strong, Ill stick to my 3500 diesel for towing, This one is free charging for life and we are using it for around the town and use it as "church Truck".
  22. In most cases yes, But Daiwa have some veryyyy high end reel. In case of Shimano is the most of them are higher quality. Although if you want to have the best for every application, You need to get some Daiwa and sometimes Abu in case of bigger lures.
  23. Saltwater Bait Money having party today, Guys bass fishing is cheap, saltwater gear is way higher specially for the fishes that I am after.Took me couple months to get them all but finally I am done.
