  1. my favorite weed setup is 65# braid, 3/16 worm weight with a texas rigged stanley ribbit frog on a 4/0 EWG. you can jerk it once submerged to get rise/fall action or you can reel it over the top/thru stuff
  2. 1) Titan weight w/ texas rigged googan krackin craw (black w/ blue flake) 2) Headbangerz rockerhead with googan bandito bug (green pumpkin) 3) Rapala Ripstop 09 or 12
  3. i have a 2020 Vibe Sea Ghost 130 --- it's 13' long, tracks well and i have attached a 55# trolling motor, lithium battery, custom rear/stern mount for the motor, and custom mounted the trolling motor head to the left side of the seat for throttle usage, ram ball mounts/go pro mount, pedal steering, etc. i put it all on a single-jetski trailer and can get it loaded/unloaded in a mere 5 minutes max. if you'd like pics please let me know, i'd be happy to help.
  4. I've recently had this happen with some hula sticks and thought I was doing something wrong...it hasnt hit over 80 here in NJ since last year and theyve been in their bags and in my garage since I got em.
  5. i think it largely depends on what the season is and how aggressive they are -- if they're protecting beds and you released them back on the same bed...you could probably catch them again within an hour or less. if it's slow...good chance you might have to come back later in the day.
  6. in nj...just about anythin over 3
  7. agreed on the wardrobe lol -- i've also found that keeping the same bait but varying the retrieval speed to be a huge factor. when it's colder i take more pauses and am less erratic with the jerk - goes a long way.
  8. i have a 2020 vibe sea ghost 130 in smoke scheme -- i've already done the following mods (had it since middle of march): - Yak Attack HD Anchor Trolley - DIY Kayak Cart - Amped Outdoors 60AH Lithium Battery and custom battery box - 55# Minnkota Endura MAX trolling motor - Yak Gadget stern mount with braces - Yak Gadget steering mount - upgraded pedal/steering lines - custom mounted Minnkota Endura MAX head unit in left rod holder for easy access/throttle while seated - RAM x-grip phone mount - RAM Go-Pro long arm mount - Flambeau Crate with (4) rod holders - (2) Yak Attack Omega rod holders - Yak Attack track mounted paddle holder
  9. I use a fluke on a heavy hook- or a lighter hook with a screw in and lip hook it.
  10. solid! i'm born/raised in stroudsburg but my wife is from lehighton -- i drive that way quite often. i'll have to stop in sometime. i'm near the rockaway mall in NJ. hit me up if you'd ever want to fish sometime!
  11. wacky worm...what, out 209 towards beltzville???
  12. agreed -- i buy a ton online. most of my stuff is 6th sense direct from them...or i go TW. i just bought more stuff at dicks yesterday. i have issues.
  13. i'll be down in VA again for the next 3 weeks -- anyone need a boat bud?
  14. lol i WISH we had one here ....if we did, they would make a TON of cash...there was supposed to be a BSP coming to jersey city but, that fell through i think.
