  1. I just bought a 30 the other day. I don’t think you would go wrong either the 25 or 30.
  2. Beat me to it. Esox, what exactly are you trying to do? Have you read the posts at the top of the page or the BR YouTube channel? Tons of good info there.
  3. BPS and Greentop are close enough to each other you may as well stop at both. Can’t speak to the inventory levels at either store though. Haven’t been to either one in over a month.
  4. I read somewhere that tackle sales are up around 300%. First toilet paper, now fishing gear...ugh.
  5. Junebug Culprit worm fishing a creek. Can’t remember if it was the 6 or 7-1/2.
  6. I have an old REI backpack that I carry my stuff in. 2 3600 boxes. One for top water and the other for subsurface. A smaller box for hooks. Buzzbaits and spinnerbaits in a tupperware sandwich container. 6 or 7 different bags of plastics in a gallon ziploc bag.
  7. Popper for me. Only bait I got skunked on last season. I bought a popmax and a bps popper over the winter, so I’m not giving up.
  8. Popped in the DSG near me yesterday. Hadn’t been there in a while. All their fishing stuff was gone. However, they had a few fishing kayaks on display which I thought was odd.
  9. Tackle Trap is awesome
  10. I hear that reel is very popular at raves.
  11. I'm so sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time.
  12. I don’t fish that often in the winter. Hate the cold. But when I do I just throw a lipless crank. And if you’re on a budget you can get Cotton Cordells at Walmart for like 3 or 4 bucks. Chrome blue or chrome black.
  13. I just got back into it this past summer. I basically had to teach myself how to fish again. The big key for me was knowing where to find the fish. I focused on any structure, overhang, rocks, laydowns...you name it. I mainly fished T-rig soft plastics all summer. Ribbon tail worms, trick worms, craws, and weightless senkos. Rarely I threw a PopR or small spinnerbait, but without success. Keep it simple and stick with the soft plastics. Green pumpkin and black/purple were my go to colors. Hang in there, bud.
  14. Just got back into the game this summer after a LONG haitus. Forgot how addicting fishing is. Been lurking for a few months and just soaking up all the knowledge people on here are generous enough to share. No boat, so I'm hitting ponds and streams in my area.
