  1. No I won’t be buying it.
  2. I really wanted one on my new Phoenix but was not a option with my dealer.
  3. Actually I think he’s lucky it came off. I seen a post on another site that when the guy hit a submerged log the outboard flipped up into the boat and he was severely injured by the prop. I’m about to install a outboard leash on my bass boat this week just incase.
  4. Yes they are open in the new location.
  5. I looked at and got a quote on a bass boat in 2020 I just bought that same exact boat in 2023 the price was almost exactly 10k more. But if you want a new boat I’d buy it the price isn’t going to come down. If brand x manufacturers are selling them now at this price they will not be lowering their prices. You might save on whatever a dealer has in stock. Of find a jem of someone looses their job.
  6. I own the spinning 7’ multi purpose and really like it I have a Daiwa tatula 3000 chx and never had any issues with the reel seat.
  7. I have a 36 volt minn kotta ultrex it has a foot pedal and spot lock. Most new trolling motors do. I spot lock in over 25 feet of water dropshoting for summer smallies all summer long. It also holds me on offshore points and other structures. I wouldn’t be without spot lock on my boat. Put a ninja grass blade on it you’ll go through everything.
  8. I have to have spot lock but if you don’t a minnkota fortrex would be my choice.
  9. I looked at nitro along with a the other brands I ended up choosing Phoenix I would look at the Phoenix 518 and 818 if I was you. https://www.bassboat4sale.com/boats/standard/34903/
  10. Daiwa KAGE 7’ medium all around. I love that rod from drop shot to poppers and jerkbait I’ll even throw a weightless senko.
  11. Be carful with the rope and spot lock at the same time. The motor as a very good chance of swinging over the rope and getting tangled in the prop.
  12. When I had issues with my Lund impact when it was 3 years old I never got a callback or even a email back from anyone. But in fairness they were not structural issues.
  13. Tatula 200 is what I use on my 1-4 oz rod it holds plenty of 20 lb mono and has been strong for 2 years throwing 2-3 oz baits.
  14. Lol that’s funny definitely not coming back from that.
  15. Hey AJ I might be interested in you broken G3 n if you still have it and want to get rid of it.
  16. Very clean looking same units I’m running. Nice cool foot looks familiar.
  17. When I sold my Lund impact I wanted back into a bass boat the impact blew around way to much. The renegade was at the top of my list but the fact it still blows around in the wind and lack of dry storage and the way the mod v hull slaps the waves rather then cut them turned me to a glass boat and I went with Phoenix. Lund is a great boat but if your buying fairly new it’s not cheap don’t settle for something cheaper that you’ll regret buy what you want and be happy.
  18. $$ 89.99 $$ The 7’3 heavy bass pro crankin stick. 3/8-2 oz. I have two in this model. Great rod for the money in my opinion. I don’t have to buy cheaper rods but these are good.
  19. I have 3 different og tatulas I have the 7’4 frog rod 7’6 flip and 7’2 heavy.I’ll never sell and I’ll probably cry if I break one.
  20. I wish that was my garage that was the day I picked it up at the dealership. But it does fit in my garage with room for the truck.
  21. Here’s my 2023 Phoenix 819 pro.
  22. Here’s my personal experience I had a 17ft glass nitro it fished good didn’t blow around to much. My kids got older so I bought a brand new 2014 Lund impact 1875 I absolutely hated it from the first day i put in the water. I made the mistake by not taking a test ride. It blew around in even a light wind was a pain to launch and put on the trailer in the wind. I kept that boat until the Covid buying craze and sold it for what I paid for it. Now I’m back in a glass boat I’m currently in a 2023 Phoenix 819 pro and it rides and fishes so much nicer then the Lund. I would take a ride in the tin boat your looking at. As for Lund renegade the couple videos I watched the boat seemed to slap the waves rather then cutting through them. I will never have another aluminum boat again but that’s just me. if your looking at glass the bass cat margay/Bobcat your thinking about would be perfect. As would the Phoenix 518 or 818. also keep in mind if your storage compartments will be dry I can’t comment on the new Lund renegade but my 2014 impact DID NOT have dry storage if I was caught in rain everything needed to come out and dried out.
  23. I fish with my 12 year old son and he soak’s up everything I tell him. Otherwise I prefer to fish alone.
  24. I used to get my boat covers from menards for about 100 bucks but it’s been about 7 years since I bought one.
  25. No where near enough info or real wold use on them to make a honest statement. The new minnkota isn’t even available yet.
