  1. I suggest that you check your state’s regs. Some are real picky about what you can use for wading.
  2. 2... living rubber brown ...living rubber black
  3. I thought he was taking over Jeopardy.
  4. My insurance is for collision with anything along with theft and vandalism. For the powerhead you would have to get an extended warranty but they wouldn’t cover a motor that old and they usually are pricey.
  5. You are probably right. I fish Stockton from mid lake to the dam. The water is normally pretty clear there and I normally fish from 8 to 25 feet deep.
  6. One of the guys who fishes with me sometimes uses braid with Neds. I use straight fluorocarbon and beat him like an unwanted step child when he does.
  7. For me wind is my friend, except from the east. I like for the wind to be from the same direction for 3 days. In that time the food chain gets well established. The wind moves the algae. The zooplankton follow the algae. The zooplankton eaters (bait fish) arrive. The bait fish eaters move into the area. Yesterday I hit a creek where 20 mph + winds had been slamming for several days. In 3 hours I caught 22 and missed several others. The bass were in 3 to 6 fow.
  8. I second that emotion.
  9. They are good but fragile.
  10. I have only seen core shot stick bait molds. I’m not sure how a core shot rod for that type of bait could be made.
  11. Way to go Clayton. Congrats on a really good one.
  12. Bow to Stern applied correctly negates the need for wax.
  13. Wow I’ve never gotten more than 4 years out of a set. You must have a lot straighter, smoother and flatter roads than we have.
  14. Yes I have. I do it about this time of year at night. Mostly I use homemade buck tail jigs and sometimes slider grubs on 6# mono. We catch all 3 species of black bass, white bass and walleye. Some nights are unbelievably good.
  15. I think you would have to have either very clear or very shallow or both to see much of anything with a drone.
  16. Boat trailer max because my rig weighs in at 4500 to 5000 #. Utility trailer 35#.
  17. If you like the rod I wouldn’t. It may totally change the rod. On rods that I have owned and had tips broken and new tips put on they were so different that I couldn’t stand using them.
  18. Typically Trackers are built for first time cost conscious buyers. Therefore they have smaller outboards, weaker trolling motors and cheaper electronics. Have you looked at G3 or Xpress?
  19. If you have vinyl siding you can clean it without a power washer in a fraction of the time with a 50/50 solution of bleach and water. Just spray it on, give it a few minutes to work, then rinse it off, done. I can do in 30 minutes what used to take half of a day.
  20. Buckle up. SWMO is getting hammered. It’s on the way to you.
  21. I have mine rotated and inspected every summer. If needed any or all are replaced. Every fall I take the boat in for an oil change, etc. They give the boat and trailer a 34 point inspection. So far so good.
  22. Woman sitting on a ledge. Asked if we would take her fishing. Then she took her top off and shook her girls at us. Thanks but no thanks.
