  • About Me
The name's Kurt. I am a graphic design hobbyist, and a fishing enthusiast. 21 years young living in the U.P of Michigan. I've spent the majority of my young adult years either working, fishing, or designing marketing/promotion designs for sponsored anglers and pro-staffers alike. I'm a strong believer in the bartering system, as one of my favorite things to do is offer quality graphics, in return for fishing supplies, (lures, tackle, etc.) Which allows me to get some time in front of the screen doing something I love, and once the project is over, have some new supplies to try out on the water. Plus helping anglers better represent themselves, and there sponsors is a benefit all itself. I'm mainly a bass fisherman, and by mainly a bass fisherman, I mean I only fish for bass... haha. We have some beautiful bronzebacks up here in Michigan, and no other species got my attention the way they did

  1. Oh my goodness you have no idea. I'm from a small town in the U.P of Michigan, and everybody and their uncle's fish Walleye. Which don't get me wrong, is a great time, and are awesome to eat. But I don't have the patience for that haha. Not a whole lot of bass guys around me. You should see the looks I get when I show up with a baitcaster yet alone when I whip out a tackle bag of just bass lures ? haha
  2. Haha exactly why I bass fish. Too slow-pased for me.
  3. Thank you for the warm welcome! And there is no doubt in my mind that will ? Michiganders! Haha, thanks my dude. Yeah, i'm probably one of the less that 50 around here that specifically target bass. Walley's easily the biggest around here. Thank you, thank you! Thanks for the warm welcome buddy ?
  4. Yes, reels are good. Two casting / One spinning Duly noted, I've too heard great things about the Villian 2.0s
  5. Thanks buddy! Greatly appreciate it! Thanks for having me!
  6. Sooo… my last trip last year ended before it even started. While I was loading up my buddy's truck, I set my rods up against his tailgate, threw my bag in the back seat, and hopped in the passenger seat... COMPLETELY forgot to move my rods. Next thing you know, we back out of the driveway and all I hear is the cracking of three of my rods as we ran em over. Anywho, I am looking into completely restocking my rod inventory. I have always stuck by Abu Garcia and Lew's, but am open to looking for some other options. I'm game with spending between $100 - $200, but not feeling the whole "I'm gonna spend $400 on a new rod" kinda thing. Just in case I forget them behind the tailgate again haha. What is your favorite Rod? What would you recommend?
  7. Hey Anglers! Found this forum dedicated to posting fishing resumes. Just wanted you guys to know, as a design hobbyist, I love helping out anglers with whatever I can. If you want a gnarly resume design, let me know! Please note: This post was not created to sell, market, or try to shove anything down anyone's throat. But to simply help out anyone that needs it. I can provide an example of my resume if messaged. Tight Lines & Full Livewells!
  8. Props to you my dude. It took me 6 hours to put together an entertainment center... WITH INSTRUCTIONS. I hope your rod build goes well, cant wait to see finished pictures! Tight Lines & Successful rod builds!!
  9. Never had any luck with craws around my area either. My go-to smallie bait has always been Tubes. Personal favorites are Strike King Coffee Tubes, jig em off the bottom, or swim em, either way works pretty good for me. I'd give her a try personally ?
  10. One of my all time favorite things to do, is hook up my fellow fishing fanatics with some eye-catching graphics that not only help them look more professional, but appeal to the company's & brands they work for. Such an awesome feeling to be able to help out some awesome people! Tight Lines! An old creation I ran by while looking through some of my folders. Line Cutterz was awesome to work with!

After taking some time to check out the website, I can definitely tell that there are some pretty awesome people here. I look forward to meeting a lot of you ? Tight Lines guys/gals ?
