    I am from Michigan, I grew up fishing for anything that would bite, my favorite fish to catch is Small Mouth Bass and Large Mouth Bass.  I am retired from the Military and just love the sport of fishing.

    I see that you were a MP! As was I, I retired 15 years ago. I have caught some big smallies out of the Big Piney! The best river is the Gasconade for big ones for sure I have caught some in the 5 lbs range! Lake Taney Como has some nice fish in there too, my first time fishing it I caught an 8 lbs large mouth.
