  1. 5 inch senkos mainly. 12 pound fluro probably open hook. Thrown around clump of trees in water. Around, not in
  2. What rod action power and length do you guys use for wacky rigged senkos. I was thinking a 6 foot 6 or 7 foot medium fast action
  3. I'm picking mine up from their Phoenix warehouse tomorrow at noon. will update then.
  4. You will not be disappointed with a curado k. I have a tatula 100 and the curado is amazingly smooth. No gear feel whatsoever.
  5. What's everyone's go to 5 rod setup? I fish mostly soft plastic so my first 3 are all MHF. 1 4.8 keitech on a 1/4 ounce swimbait head, 4.8 on an 1/4 ounce underspin, zman chatterbait with a zako. Other 2 are medium moderate crankbait rods with a popper and a whopper plopper 75. All rods are abu garcia veritas rods and all reels are shimano curado k's
  6. Mine should be here before new years. It's coming YRC. Ordered a 3waters bigfish 105
  7. Just wondering if anyone has ordered a kayak from austin kayak? How was the experience, who delivered the boat and what kind of condition was it in. Thanks in advance.
  8. What do y'all use for small poppers (megabass pop x) and the whopper plopper 75. I have a abu garcia veritas winch (7foot medium moderate crankbait rod)
  9. What rod power and action do y'all use for walking the dog baits, specifically the megabass giant dog x. I have a medium moderate crankbait rod I use for poppers and whopper ploppers.
  10. What's everyone's favorite shakeyhead. I usually use 1/4 to 1/2 ounce. Was looking at the megastrike pro standup head. Thoughts?
  11. I have been using the 4.3 on both a quarter ounce sixth sense divine swimbait head and a trokar weighted swimbait hook. The local sportsmans warehouse has the 4.8 but I have to order the 4.3. What length do you guys prefer?
  12. I have been rigging my 3.8 and now 4.3 keitechs on 1/4 jig heads and have been looking at weighted swimbait hooks to minimize snags and losing them, but the weight only go up to 1/8 ounce. Is this enough to get deep and is it worth switching? How do y'all rig yours and why?
  13. I picked up a pack each of the rage toad and rage shad. For those who have used these baits for their intended purpose (topwater with a 4 or 5 ought hook) what line are you using? Still mono or fluro?
  14. Love me some fat impact keitechs!
  15. Keitech swimbaits have replaced about 90 percent of my crankbaits
  16. The underwater action is great on the caffine shads, I will definitely be grabbing a couple packs to go with the senko
  17. I have been wanting to pick up a pack of caffine shads, is the fall rate faster and are the tails not as fussy as the zoom flukes (keeping them straight and not kinked?)
  18. I am trying to simplify my tackle selection now days since i fish a lot out of a kayak. I fish mostly aoft plastics and jig/ jig heads of various kinds. Has the senko replaced the fluke for anyone, or do y'all still use both and why?
  19. What's everyone's experience with magforce z and light lures, specifically the tatula 100. I'm looking at throwing a 1/8 ounce shakey head with a 6 inch straight tail roboworm. That's the most finesse thing I choose get away with on my local lakes.
  20. I picked up a jackhammer today but really do not want to spend 20 bucks every time I need a new bladed jig. Has anyone on here used the booyah melee and what is your opinion on it?
  21. I use keitech paddle tail swimbaits all the time while fishing, but I have not been able to find a definitive answer on the difference between solid and hollow body swimbaits. Do they swim / wobble / track differently?
  22. I am looking at getting some of these to cover the water column I fish in. I have heard the Bill's break or they split, but has anyone had these issues with the dt series baits as of late, or is this an old issue?
  23. I live and fish I arizona and the fish are either suspended deep or in deep cover. The plastics produce and the crankbaits dont in my experience. I just use what produces.
  24. For the past year I have been fishing almost exclusively soft baits and jigs with trailers. The only times I have thrown hard treble hooked baits is for topwaters. Between my jigs with trailers and various ways to rig creature/ worms and soft swimbaits (keitechs) I have not needed lipless or any other hard bodied baits. What do you guys mostly stick with?
  25. I fish a lot on lake roosevelt in Arizona. This time of year, they seem to be suspended anywhere between 10 and 40 feet on the cliffs. Not wanting to buy some deep diving crankbaits and another new rod and reel, I grabbed some white 4.8 inch soft swimbaits (keitech) rigged on a 1/2 iubce spin head swimbait head. Has anyone used this yet and what are the results y'all have experienced.
