  1. Thanks for the reply. No issues running split screen on the console units. Map works fine if/when it actually loads. Zooming in or out will make the process start all over again, and often times won't load at all after. I will try changing to north up and see if it loads.
  2. Hello All, Hoping someone here can help me out. I have 3 garmin units (1 up front, 2 back). The front unit is hooked up to the universal sonar on my hummingbird terova. The back units are hooked up to a the rear garmin transducer. I would like to use split screen up front so I can see the depth and the fishing map but the map takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. I can run the fishing map or sonar solo and they work just fine. Is this a compatibility issue or am I missing something in the settings? Thanks Aaron
  3. I get up before sunrise Get outta bed on time I don't worry bout taking a shower Cause showering's a waste of my time Show usually starts around sunrise I take a break around 9 Hit spot lock and strech my legs sippn' coffee and feeling fine. We've been dancin' with Mr. bait monkey He's been knockin, he won't leave me alone No, no , no, oh- oh I used to buy a little but the little wouldn't do it, So the little got more and more-or-or I just keep trying to get fish a little better Said a little better than before-or-or...
  4. My PB came on a $3 generic Norman "rattle trap" that would whorl in circles if you tried to burn it. You could buy 41 of them:)
  5. I ended up buying a couple Evergreen JT's in the 3.75". Pretty pricey, but so far they are working so in that regard they have been worth it. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
  6. Thanks Dwight, didn't realize the Evergreen JT came in a 3.75", but dang they are pricey... May try to modify some super spook jr.'s since I have a bunch.
  7. I love the super spook jr, but want to try something similar without rattles on a pressured lake. If there is such a lure I can't find it on google. Any suggestions?
  8. Awesome, I'll check it out. Thanks Allen!
  9. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!!
  10. I am looking to buy some quality finished spinnerbait forms for single blade applications that have a bait keeper. I basically want to add my own blade, swivel, split ring, and skirt. I know some lure manufactures sell their jig bodies but I can't find any good spinnerbait blanks. Any help would be appreciated.
  11. I handled a new medium model of the Bass X at Scheels and wasn't impressed. Felt stiff/hollow like it wouldn't take much abuse. The old version felt much better. Much prefer the Mojo Bass.
  12. Thanks for all of the input guys. Finally settled on a 6'10" Medium Moderate Fast Dobyns Kaden. Never owned a Dobyns but appears to have quality components, good reviews/reputation, hook keeper where I want it, and the price was right. I'll report back after I spend some time with it. Nice looking rod, checks all the boxes. If the one I ordered doesn't work out will definitely give this one a shot. Originally wanted a St. Croix Victory but didn't like the xf tip on their jerkbait rod.
  13. Looks like the new Curado is almost identical to the first generation Zodias but can be had for around $160.00 The updated Zodias is $209. Is the newer Zodias $50 better than the old?
  14. That is good information, never would have thought they measured differently. I will check out the Curado.
  15. Anyone have experience with the Tatula 6'6" Med F? I like the idea of a slightly shorter rod/handle and is 50 bucks cheaper.
