  1. If you are interested in more from James Watson about MLF, here is the podcast he did the other week with Chris Zaldain. Warning: this make you hate MLF more than you already do!
  2. Awesome, Rob is phenomenal and I am sure is an asset there.
  3. Marty Stone is still an investor in the organization overall. Both him and Rob from my understanding were cut for budget savings. I think they are trimming a lot of fat here this year, as the expenses will be going up in 2025 with the new earnings format.
  4. This is unfortunate for sure. The coach that they interviewed seems a bit insensitive to the situation. I would not be surprised if he gets some unwanted attention from the University and the community for that, "accidents happen" quote.
  5. I think Chris Zaldain has a podcast out on youtube with the former polygraph guy from MLF, supposedly sharing all the info about it. It will be interesting to see if there is any shady stuff going on.
  6. DC said they were not live streaming Day 1...however he said he was going to be filming day 1 on his own.
  7. They are not AGM. I am going to try a load test on them this weekend. I am going to let the onboard charger have at them for the rest of the week.
  8. I actually thought about boiling them for a little while with one of those chargers. My buddy has one, but I went a different route obviously. I am going to try out the load tester, and see what it tells me.
  9. Would I need to disconnect the 36V setup so they can be tested individually? It makes sense if I have to do that, but just wanted to make sure before I do it!
  10. The Dual Pro charger has a "maintenance" mode once they are fully charged. I am hoping if I have them on there in that mode for a while, it may come around. I have no problem getting new batteries and putting them in, but if I can save or delay spending $800+ on batteries, I will for a little while.
  11. I haven't checked the dates on the batteries specifically, but the boat is a 2021, so I would imagine they were newish when the boat was rigged.
  12. Hi guys, its been a while... I left my boat covered and under a metal building for about 8 months between late last year, and up until last week. I have property in other states that I have been working on visiting. I made the mistake of not having the boat plugged in the entire time. I came back to completely dead batteries of course. So dead, that one of my chargers would not even recognize the battery being connected. All 4 batteries were down to .5 Volts. I used a different charger, and charged them all back up, and then put them back on the onboard charger (Dual Pro 4 bank) and got them all charged up on there, and I have left it that way. What do you think the odds are that the batteries are degraded enough to only last half the time or so out on the water? I could typically get a day and and some change on a full charge. These batteries are 3 Decka 27s, and an Interstate DC cranking 31.
  13. PM me here with your info, and I will text you. I will be back in the area on the 26th or so of this month!
  14. I live in the area, and am willing to take you around and stuff here in the month once I get back. I have some good spots outside of Savannah.
  15. I have the Oakleys for both shallow and "normal" fishing. The blue lenses I wear are for fishing, but the green or emerald colored lenses are for shallow water fishing. I think they work great. I also get discounts on Oakley from US standard issue's site for military and fist responders etc.
  16. I have only won 1 tournament in the 20 or so that I have fished. I still like going out there and competing even when I get my teeth kicked in. I am a disabled Vet, so a lot of physical competition stuff I cannot do anymore, so the tournaments for me is great to feed my competitive side. As far as how you are doing. If you take it too serious, I believe you could get tunnel vision very quickly (I had this happen to me). I did horrible for the first 7 or 8 tournament before I won. The tournament that I won, I used my strengths (Jerkbait, chatterbait, wacky worm) and dominated. Everyone else was using drop shots, spinnerbaits, and other baits who caught them decent. I also had the mindset that I just wanted to be competitive and did not care so much about the actual win. I also never pre-fished or practiced. I studied mapping online, and google earth and just looked for spots that looked good, and went to fish them. After that, it was the simple stuff, docks, known rock points etc.
  17. This is going to be a slugfest all week. I think this will end up being who has the most active spots consistently. I know they are catching them now really good. Hopefully it continues all week.
  18. I noticed that too. I like the tougher ones because it really goes to show how good you have to be. Cool to see some spinner baits getting thrown around!
  19. I have a 1972 Chevelle build thread going here on the forum. The other is 1969 Chevy C10 step side. It is for my wife, as she wanted to daily drive it. The C10 needs a lot more work than the Chevelle, but essentially I am taking the small block and tranny out of the Chevelle, and it will go in the C10 with a Holley EFI system. The Chevelle is getting LS swapped right now. I am doing all the work myself on the C10.
  20. Well my wife hit me with the prego stick last night....This will be my 2nd child, her 1st. I am not supposed to tell anyone I guess until after we go to the doctor, but I caught her telling her sister and father last night. So, I am going to tell ya'll because she cant catch me telling. I am excited. We have not really tried, but also did not try to prevent it. She is hoping for a girl, and I think I secretly am too. I already have a badass 9 year old boy (doesn't live with me full time) who catches more bass than I do. I think he will fish in HS, and college. My initial reaction was excitement, then reality hit...I have two rental properties, I have two muscle car projects going simultaneously, just bout a new house and moved, and now I am going to have another child, and now I need to manage and maximize my time. Lord help me. No, nothing is or will be for sale lol. Just thought I would share since I cant tell "anyone"
  21. Unfortunately, once it is in the processing, or shipping phase...even if it hasn't left, they would have to go find the package, bring it back, create a new label etc. They typically will not adjust the orders after placed and it starts processing.
  22. Wheeler was on BTL, and talking about his new bait and how he was catching them. I am watching it now, and it is pretty good!
  23. I like the format. Catch, weight, release. I am not a huge fan of the fish landing violation but it is what it is. Already had a jerk bait treble in the hand this morning trying not to drop the fish...
  24. Mine always seems to be something like getting better with my electronics, but I really want to this year. I need to scan more and interpret more, and then catch fish.
