Youreally have two options, really small or really big. Ned rigs, drop shots, shakey heads are great little finesse presentations. Either that or you can throw some huge plastic worm or swim bait that would really convince them that its enough fuel to warrant the effort and risk involved in taking it.

You can always go absolutely huge and use a Rage Tail Magnum Bug. Those things are probably 150% of a DBomb. You could also use the Yamamoto Cowboy, that bait has a thick body and some big curly tail grub tails on the back that move a lot of water
