  1. For Sale is an Abu Garcia Revo4 SX. I just oiled the bearings and greased the gears so it's ready to go. Part of the plastic frame is cracked and missing but does not effect functionality. You can see it if you look at the reel as if its in your hand, above the spool on the outer frame. $100 shipped to your door. -left hand -6.6:1 -7.8oz -12lb/145yd Feel free to text 240-446-9899 -Jimmy
  2. You are going to need a battery and I've got one for sale perfect for your kayak, small and light weight.
  3. I believe the spools are different but the reel itself is the same. I want to say the JDM version 30/31 may hold a little less line. I have the JDM version (purchased b/c it was cheaper) and can't spool it when launching a long cast so you're probably fine with either if that is what you were wondering.
  4. Price drop to $125. Don’t want this battery to sit around unused.
  5. I sent you a message.
  6. I have a 30ah Lithium battery that I am no longer using. The battery is just over a year old and is $220 new. I ran a Garmin 106sv echomap (10" screen) and livescope on it and the battery will last around 10hrs. I'm asking $150 shipped. Feel free to text me at 240-446-9899 if you have questions or if you're interested. Here is the info from the manufacturer: https://ampedoutdoors.com/products/30ah-lithium-battery-lifepo4-tall
  7. I sent you a message about the Conquest. Thanks.
  8. I read some of the reviews and people were saying the double side tape didn't hold up which is why I never tried it. I thought I cleaned the ninja blade enough but I guess not, the epoxy didn't come off the trolling motor, you can see it all came off the ninja blade.
  9. Not sure where to put this but I have had 2 Grass Ninja Blade 2.0's fall off my trolling motor. I fish a lot of grassy water and they do help but at $35 each, it's getting old with them falling off. I didn't use the two sided tape, I used a 2 part epoxy and they both still fell off. I was going to buy a third but was thinking, couldn't I just epoxy a standard razor blade from a utility knife on the trolling motor? Has anyone tried this? Worst case scenario is it doesn't work of when it falls off it will be a lot cheaper. Am I missing something here and this is a stupid idea?
  10. That's a great tip!
  11. I put an Ulterra on a Tracker Pro-170. It fits but I had a small issue with it splitting the weld on the bow of the boat. Other than peeling the front of the boat apart, it worked out fine ?. The aluminum on the front couldn't handle the bouncing from the weight of the motor. This may have been an isolated issue but keep an eye on it. I had to weld the seam under the motor and I added some extra aluminum sheeting over the seam.
  12. I made the switch last fall to 3 Ionic 12v batteries. It's expensive but I got tired of going through batteries every couple of years and also having them lose power throughout the day (trolling motor slowing down b/c battery draining). Lithium batteries don't wear out as they are used, it's full power until they are out of power. Ionic batteries also have Bluetooth so you can check their power levels while using them. They have a 24v 50ah but I would go with 100ah if you fish a lot in a day. You would have to buy 2 12v 50ah batteries and that is costly so I get it. https://lithiumhub.com/product/12-volt-100ah-lithium-deep-cycle-battery/ https://lithiumhub.com/lithium-deep-cycle-batteries/marine-batteries/
  13. I have the 10' models.
  14. One of my 2 Talons is not living it's best life. When I deploy it, it is making a bad metal on metal sound really loud. I tried cleaning the Talon by extending it, scrubbing it it and lubricating the tracks. It sounded better but the next time out on the water it sounded just as bad. It is when the middle section extends. I'm not sure if there is a rock stuck somewhere but it sounds like metal grinding and it's high pitched. I tried cleaning again at full extension and sprayed a lot of WD-40 on the tracks as well as the pulleys at the top. It sounds good now but I haven't tried it on the water, I don't know if the WD will wear off once it is in the water. I don't see how to take the talon apart or do more than I've done. I may have solved the problem, I'll know that next time on the water. Has anyone else had this issue or have any tips?
  15. I had that boat and here's what I ended up doing instead of buying two fish finders or two screens : You can put whatever finder you want just to the right of the wheel on the side of the dash where the old finder was. Then get RAM mount that swivels (https://www.amazon.com/RAM-Horizontal-Fishfinders-Chartplotters-RAM-109HU/dp/B001GLLF3I/ref=sr_1_6?crid=11T35X0WG305L&keywords=ram+mount+fishing&qid=1674269760&sprefix=ram+mount+fishing%2Caps%2C97&sr=8-6&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.006c50ae-5d4c-4777-9bc0-4513d670b6bc) This way you can look at the screen while driving then swivel it and rotate it to face the front of the boat. You can look back while fishing up front. It not that bad glancing back to see the screen.
