    Ah. I am not super handy, so how long should I use the sandpaper against the cork? Does it matter?

    Hey, so use 320 grit and lightly recoat? That wont damage the cork?

    Thanks gents, first time I have had an issue with this process. Of course it is my favorite new fly rod.... will get it repaired with that warranty, hopefully.

    Hey guys, put cork sealant on the cork and it left a yellow spot. What can be done about this? thanks, ryan
