  1. Please post a review some time on those! Huge fan of the sleepers! Add in some pauses as well and it'll get crushed. Burn burn burn, pause is killer.
  2. Thought I send these in as they’re pretty cool pics in my opinion. First BFL of the year on Dale Hollow a week ago! Tough day but managed 2 decent ones for 31st out of 170ish. Also won the first Club derb of the year with 14lbs on a clear water lake in northern Indiana. Partner caught the 5.3lb kicker and got my new favorite fishing pic! Great last two weeks all around! I’ll try to keep active but between school and running two tournament trails haven’t had a lot of time
  3. Finally got this beauty to show up!
  4. Monkey got me good. Got a Tactical Wake coming soon(they sent the wrong color) which I am stoked about! Some flipping baits for spring, Bull shad 6”, and terminal stuff. Oh and a reel that I don’t have a rod for ?‍♂️. Soooo guess I gotta get a legend extreme now??
  5. Don’t tell me that ? Now I gotta go get some! Any favorite colors? I would be using them on NC/Tennessee mountain highland reservoirs for all three species
  6. How do you like the iovinos?? I’m interested in trying them
  7. I need to hold myself accountable and start posting on this again. But if I don’t I feel less guilty so… But just snagged a 2019 Antares on eBay to put on my old Dobyns. Now I gotta spend more and upgrade the rod to make it feel worthy of such a reel. Pray that I can hold out until summer!
  8. My friend just found a basically new zillion on eBay listed for $16”. Offered $120 and the seller took it!
  9. Those wakes should get CRUSHED!! Also those neds are sweet!
  10. Thanks! Changing gear is something I am playing around with this winter to try and eliminate those so hopefully it works! I don’t think we’re going to be any good this year so you will likely have an easy win if we meet in March!
  11. Last club tourney before the snowball fundraiser. 29 degrees at launch and even snowed a bit. Never got above 35 degrees all day but the water was 49°. Finished 4th with 8.3lbs. Could’ve had a lot more and won easily if we hadn’t lost about 15 fish ?. It’s a bad theme the last few tourneys. I am consistently on winning fish so I’m confident wins will start coming again. Not too concerned I fish these to get a break from class ?. Anyway it was a blast and finally got to fish with my friend who I consider the best boater on the team. We’re fishing together on Geist on December 18th which will be as cold as this one.
  12. Oh yes. And when you get bit swing hard. No windup just tick and swing. Let me know how you do this winter. If I were you I’d go to the clearest water near you (I like 5+ ft vis). Quarry lakes are great for A rigging.
  13. Not if your hooks are good. I use Matt Allen heads and my 12lb drag will slip before those bend out
  14. Your best window is 100% going to be January and February. Id guess you’re still in early fall where you’re at. Prime time will be coldest time of the year for you. I don’t even bother throwing it when waters above 50. Wait another month or two and you will be set. How is the clarity and depth at lakes you’d be fishing?
